For truckers who do have an appointment Park to the side when you coming to the gate or there's to your left other trucks which is parked to get into a certain door.

Next, walk up to the door and to your right. When you get inside, there is a desk and grab the sheet, and fill it out. Don't forget to put the reference number: one through whatever number of the different places that you will be dropping your items off, such as Dollar Tree or Family Dollar, to name a few.

The lady will give you color paperwork to fill out, plus your seal tag.the rest of the information, which is your Bol, and then assign your door to back in and wait. I was told it's under an hour for them to load you up.

Once you're done soon. Pull out of door (when instructed to and go ahead, seal up your truck, and you're on your way!

10/20 Review…. this is a good place to come load. Must fill out load sheet at shipping office with required pick up numbers. All paperwork is provided to you before backing into the door. Once loaded you pull forward seal it up and roll out. Plenty of room to maneuver and back up.

These people are thieves. They tried to overload me by 5000lbs. Their bol said I had a 43200 load but I actually had a 48000lb load. Returned at 330pm, after scaling myself 5 times and they were closing so they wouldn’t remove anything

Sign in area opens at 0700, office opens at 0800, fill out sign in sheet from desk, give to lady at window, sign pprwrk, you get BoLs and seal, they tell you what door to back into. Once loaded, look inside for a pink slip on the last pallet.. that means your done, pull up, close n seal door and head to nearest cat scale to weight.. they like to load heavy here, but usually 30 min- hr and your out.

They tell me to get in door 29 or 30. I get in dock 29, got in the sleeper to have some cereal for breakfast… Some rude Indian lady comes banging on the side of my truck like the police and yells “Don’t take a nap on my dock! You are suppose to be in door 63!” I told her I only drove 9 miles from S Memphis to W Memphis AR and I have a full clock! Why would I be taking a nap? I’m eating… She said “nobody cares” go to dock 63, throws her hand up, and walks off… She is lucky I am not the person I was in my 20s! Picked up from here 1000 times and have NEVER had a problem. Somebody needs to educate whoever that was on courteousness before she bumps into somebody like the old me.

Checking in is fast even with a lot of drivers checking in. Checking in Loaded up heading out in less than 2 hours. But stay awake when done they will not let you know. Fast on loading . NO overnight parking.

I had a 9 a.m. appointment for a live load. Checked in at 8:30 a.m. and was given a door right away. They took maybe thirty minutes to load me. Great job!
