They open at 7am so if you need to do a drop/hook keep in mind you won't be able to do so before 7am. Other than this no issues and quick in and out.

You pull in wait at the guard shack guide will come out and tell you what door are you back and do you have to slide your tandem then from there you go to the receiving office window hand your paperwork and there is a bathroom on site beside the door I mean the window I was there maybe 1:30. It's a little tight getting into the dock and impossible

I am a truck driver delivering here. They are very nice people. I was.at the end of the driveway and the guard walked out to my truck took my paperwork and checked me in and brought my bills back to me. Protocal here is, once you recive your door slide tor tamdems to the rear, break your seal, open your doors. Back up to tge dock and chock your wheels. Then disconect from your trailer and pull away a few feet. Do not go and park! Stay parked in front of your truck! Stay in your truck till you get a green light!

They Don’t deserve Any star My appointment 10am I’m here at 9:30 waiting 3 hour still didn’t get door. Local truck coming they give them door right the way. Don’t come here waste of time

Fast delivery, easy to check with security guard, he assigned the door, backing disconnect from trailer take the paperwork to the receiving office, and that's it, one hour before is ok if they have docks available.

That was a quick unload. I arrived there at 10:40pm for 11:15pm appointment. I got docked around 11:20pm. As soon you docked, take your paperwork to the window near dock 23. Wait at your truck till a worker tells you that your done. Walked back to window near dock 23 for your paperwork. Overall it only took one hour.

So Stupid people work here so rude to drivers..At the guard shack NO SIGNS for Check in and when we get the door .. NO SIGNS Inside either where to give papers like SHIPPING RECEIVING OFFICE.. BLACK TINTED WINDOWS.. CAN’T SEE IF ANYONE INSIDE TO RECEIVE MY PAPERS.. THEY DONT OPEN DOORS FOR 2,3 MINUTES..I’M JUS LOOKING THEM LIKE STUPID. THEY SEE ME FROM INSIDE BUT DONT OPEN WINDOW. SAME THING WITH GUARD SHACK ONLY STOP SIGN NO SIGN CHECK IN HERE..AND TINTED WINDOW CAN’T SEE IF ANYONE INSIDE N THEY DONT COME OUTSIDE EITHER SO FREAKING CONFUSING
