I was very fortunate to connect with this establishment. Beginning with my initial quote request, Ed was absolutely amazing. Following his suggestion, I visited the store, and Ed was beyond helpful, super patient, and answered/addressed all my questions and concerns. Today, I picked up 10 T-shirts that featured my artwork; they were perfect, and I nearly choked up when Ed complimented my designs. I highly recommend this establishment, and I know I will utilize their excellent services again!!!!!

TERRIBLE SERVICE AND CHEAP QUALITY! they messed up my order twice and they still charged me extra for their own mistakes. the first time, the shirts came out blurry and discolored. it was so obvious they looked bad and they said nothing was wrong with the shirts. i had to go through a thousand hoops for them to reprint them!

after they said they finally recognized their mistakes and flaws on the tee shirts, they used the same shirts they messed up the first time and reprinted the same design on top of the old shirt. it looked so bad and i noticed the stars were off and they said sorry they can’t control that.

i washed the tee shirt once and the first layer peeled off the entire tee! now it all makes sense why my logo looked layered. they didn’t properly fix the issue and played me. they got an extra $100 from me and i got some tee shirts that are now useless

now they’re completely ignoring me after they did me dirty and lied to my face! don’t go here because all they want is your money and don’t care about their customers

Ed is the man! This family owned business is very welcoming as soon as you walk in and they are very professional. Their stock is plentiful and they have a beautiful store set up. Their prices are unbeatable in the city and they are able to order product for you to pick up in the store and they offer great quality same day DTF Transfers. A++ 5 STARS ⭐️ These guys were amazing and lifesavers when we came in town for a volleyball tournament, had a jersey issue and needed same day emergency jersey printing!!! I called when they opened, stopped by and had jerseys in hand within a few hours at no additional fee! He and his som even stayed late to get our job finished! They really saved the day and are top notch guys who go the extra, extra mile! Lots of high quality inventory - come here and they’ll take great care of you.

As a small business owner myself, I feel compelled to share my deeply disappointing experience with this local business.

My initial optimism was high when I decided to purchase 20 shirts at a cost exceeding $20 each, especially after being assured that the design's color would be meticulously matched to the shirts. However, upon receiving the shirts and inspecting them closely, I was dismayed to find defects on every single one.

In my efforts to address this issue, I reached out to Ahmed, the individual with whom I had communicated during the order placement. Unfortunately, despite multiple attempts via emails and calls, my inquiries were met with silence. Eventually, I was instructed to bring all the shirts in for inspection.

Upon arriving at the establishment, I was greeted not by Ahmed, but by his father. Initially, there was denial regarding the presence of defects on the shirts. However, after some discussion, I was offered a dismissive solution – to use the flawed shirts for employees or friends and family. This response fell woefully short of meeting my expectations.

To add insult to injury, the explanation provided for the subpar quality of the shirts was unsatisfactory. Blaming the negligible profit margin and invoking the adage "you get what you paid for" showed a lack of accountability and commitment to customer satisfaction.

As I prepared to leave, a meager gesture was made in the form of a partial refund amounting to a mere $60. This amount, however, is paltry compared to the $400 spent and the promises left unfulfilled. When I questioned the fairness of this offer, drawing a parallel to a hypothetical scenario where the roles were reversed, the response was evasive.

Despite assurances of follow-up, it has now been over two weeks since this encounter, with no communication from the business.

As a fellow small business owner, I understand the importance of supporting local enterprises. However, my experience with this establishment has left me deeply disheartened and unwilling to recommend their services to others.

In conclusion, I urge potential customers to exercise caution before engaging with this business. The lack of accountability, poor quality of products, and disregard for customer satisfaction are concerning indicators that warrant serious consideration before deciding to patronize this establishment.

Ed was proficient from the start, he answered the business phone line, which is rare. He was open, and available to have my custom sweaters printed and ready same day. The quality of the print was one of a kind, I’ve since washed all 3 hoodies (with a little bleach even) because they’re white. And they maintained the photo printed on them as well as the quality of the sweater. I walked in with hoodies from Hobby Lobby and Ed showed me the quality of his sweaters in store, in comparison to the ones I brought in originally. Without a doubt I chose his hoodies as they were visibly better quality. The best part about it all was his willingness to give me a decent price of the hoodie with the prints on each. 10/10 would recommend! Get your work done here if you want quality work that you can wear over and over again!
