ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE OF MY CAREER. Travis was nice at first but once we discovered that our pants weren’t delivered for our fashion show, he turned into a nightmare.

Back story and warning to all.

We flew to Austin to through a super impactful for the culture fashion show. We reached out and charged Austin Express to take charge of delivery and pick up because they had wonderful reviews. I’ll realized it was a bit slow because we had to call repeatedly to get an invoice but that’s neither here nor there. After our client realized a pair of paints were missing , we contacted Travis who confirmed his courier had the item. We ask if the could return them and he said the courier was 2 hours away. I said ok, can we still have these pant back and assured he stated repeatedly “He’s two hours away” I told him we don’t mind and would still like our items returned. He then told me it’s not possible as he’s two hours away and in return I told him that we need these items back either way. The conversation took a turn when I told him that it’s his responsibility to return them. We entrusted him with our belongings and the least they could do was ensure that we get ALL the items we paid for. HE LITERALLY HUNG UP ON ME! My mouth dropped, I called back and he told me “ we would not be doing business you anymore, find someone to pick your stuff up.” Hung up again, I called back, he answered and I asked to speak to the manager and he said “I am the manager and don’t call back” Hung up again and again and again. My boss called back on another number He answers and when she tries to figure out what we did wrong or said wrong to amend the situation, he says to her, “we are not picking up for you, you don’t have to pay for cancellation” and hangs up on her too. Lastly our Head of the project calls in and he fortunately gets a hold of Jordan and Jordan’s amazing! Jordan saved us, she was able to talk Travis into speaking to us, he takes the phone and tells my boss that he needs a moment to calm down. My boss gives him space and then Travis tells us, he’s calmed down and will do the pick up and drop the pants off in 40 mins. So one, the pants were never 2 hours away and two, as long as Travis is not upset you may receive proper care, respect and a company who will take responsibility of the things you entrust them with. I literally could not make this up if I tried but PLEASE DO NOT BOOK HERE. Very scary because it’s so unpredictable and disrespectful, I’ve been alive for 33 years and never experienced a Travis. I never write reviews but I feel it’s my duty to warn you. We got our stuff back but they looked like they were dragged all over the floor. We also booked another courier and waited over 4 hours to a company who was amazing. Name 512Deliver! Travis offered to help but we obviously refused for our own safety. BEWARE!!!

I called because my wife broke her back, arm and leg in a fall. She needed a suitcase sent to Dell Seton. I was expecting to pay. A very nice young lady named Rochelle answered. I told her what happened and to get me a quote. I told her we could deliver when it is efficient for the company since my wife was at Dell Seton. Soon, the owner, Travis called and then offered to deliver the package at no charge. Promptly at the time I said the small suitcase would be ready one of their team members knocked on the door and they did it without charge. They have character and I am praying their business doubles. When you consider the hassle of driving downtown, getting parking, and then driving back, using their courier service makes sense. Their act of kindness will not go unnoticed.
