Customer Service is Absolutely Amazing, On Site Manager never hesitated to Answer any questions I had, she never once made me feel as I was a bother, she was more then willing to help in any way she could. I 10/10 Recommend this Location, It was clean, easy access and the Customer Service made Everything easier. If I ever need a storage unit again I will 100% go back to the Hoover/ ValleyDale Road Attic Plus ? Very Happy Customer
