Never ever have I dealt with such rude Horrible people, I was told if I expected my delivery on the promised delivery date( which was today, item was order May 8th which is 9 days ago)) I should move closer to the area the company is, if not I would be waiting another 5-7 days for them to drive 48 miles to my location. Cecil told me this before slamming the phone in my ear and the manager pretty much told me the same stating that the town we live in is barely in his area so it’s pretty much my fault they won’t deliver on time, We get deliveries from 10 pound items to 500 pound items multiple times every week with no issue until we had to deal with Atlantic freight. I am dumbfounded that this company blames where the customer lives on their horrible service. I have been cussed at, yelled at and hung up on by this company. Due to this attitude and horrible service I have cancelled my entire order with the seller and have reordered the item through amazon with a freight company who actually delivers without Bashing the customer. UPDATE item was ordered again but pilot subbed Atlantic freight again.......delivered today June 17th, smashed up, thankfully our cameras caught them dropping it out of the truck.

We had a very good experience with Atlantic Freight. They provided White Glove Service, and all was as expected... Communication in advance, timely delivery, assembly, and packing materials removal. Delivery personnel were professional. Not at all like the negative reviews...

I had a delivery scheduled for 8-1 today. Then it moved to 1-2. Then 4:45. Then 5:28. Then i find out the driver won't make it by 6 when gate closes. The guy on the phone - Ryan - was a real smarty. He actually threatened to not deliver at all. Apparently Ryan doesn't know that I can call the Department of Transportation and report him just for making that threat. Anyhow.... if you order anything that requires freight - don't get these guys to deliver.

I had arranged for delivery of products I ordered from Home Depot. They provided me with a 4-hour window and after waiting 4 full hours I was contacted telephonically and informed that they could not deliver because they forgot to load the products in the truck and that I would need to coordinate another date. I contacted the Atlantic Freight and asked them to provide me a specific window since I would not be spending 4 additional hours waiting again. The supervisor told me that that would not work and that "I could go F$@# myself". I asked for his manager and he told me he was it and hung up on me. I contacted another agent who more tactfully told me that they would not accommodate my request and hung up on me also.

This company is in my opinion the worst company ever and should not be in business. I am satisfied that I have articulated my concerns adequately enough to be heard by Home Depot. Based on my concerns, it appeared as if HD would discontinue doing business with these folks. Atlantic Freight of Savannah you go and screw yourself.

Horrible customer service. Was supposed to have a table delivered on Wednesday. Their driver could not make it by the time I had to leave to go out of town, so I scheduled for Tuesday of the following week. A very unprofessional lady called today and said they would not be able to get it to me until Thursday. When I asked why the change she very rudely said that the guy that I had spoken with last week didn’t know what he was talking about and they could either deliver Thursday or not. When I told her I would not be here until Thursday afternoon to sign for it, she said well I guess that won’t work instead of even trying to offer a solution. Very flippant attitude and not customer service driven at all. I have no idea how this company is in business based off the other reviews. I don’t have very high hopes that my package will show up undamaged.

They lost my Dell Server I ordered and was more interested in how I got their number then finding a $5000 server. They claimed to have put in the paperwork that the server was not on the delivery truck to their location but they never submitted that claim. And refuse to do anything about it.

After attempting to resolve a lost business order totaling more than $1600, this company failed to return phone calls, voicemails and website inquiries requesting supervisory assistance. Further, they completely stonewalled repeated requests on behalf of the retailer’s inquiries. After weeks of nothing more than this company’s agents’ response that they had no idea where my products were, a credit card dispute was the only resolution. Horrible customer service. Horrible follow up. Horrible company that has zero regard for consumers.

Apparently this company only delivers to the Savannah area 3 times a week, and they get booked up, so how would you like to wait an additional week to get your delivery even though they confirm they have it sitting in their warehouse? Ask to speak with the owner? Nope. 5 minutes later, get a different delivery from them..... This is the WORST freight company I have ever dealt with.
