This place has been the best place I have ever dropped off at. Everything is always in order always pay always nice. John and Kayla are the main people I deal with and they are Marvelous. Even the forklift operators are great (DJ)!! I been doing this a long time and any problem I have they take care of it or they will communicate continuously until the problem is solved. It’s so much I can say about the business and people but most importantly THEY ARE THE BEST SHIPPING COMPANY HANDS DOWN

Purchased full cover. They heavily dented trunk lid during transportation from auction to port and refuse to cover the damage.

Despite the friendly and helpful staff at the office, loading and handling of my vehicles turned to be a nightmare. A lot of costly damage was caused by the loading workers. If you are shipping expensive vehicles that you care about, avoid this company. They are probably OK for shipping the crashed junk cars that are sent overseas. Giving not 1 but 2 stars only because of the friendly office staff.

Don’t do any buisness with them at all.

Dispatched 2 2020 Ford Raptor with them from Savannah to Almaty Kazakhstan. Cars arrived with serious damages, together over $15k damages including parts. Emailed, called million times, never got normal answer.
At one point told Aras from Corporate can solve this problem. Emailed him100s times called corporate 100s of times and he was always in vacation. After almost 7 months later he emailed me and offered me $500 for this all damages. Btw only rear tail light on that raptor is $1920. And the container had only 2 cars which was only assigned for me. The problem was they didn’t put the cars proper way and didn’t fix them correctly and during this long trip to Kazakhstan 2 heavy trucks hit each other, hit right and left side of the container. I had this experience from Atlantic express and worst part is I was ignored 7 months before I get that joke $500 offer.
I paid $7700 to deliver from Savannah to Kazakhstan and emailed asked them quote with insurance. Everyone was on CC. No they ignore it. Not even trying to apologize. Can’t believe there is companies like this in 21st century.

Shame on you guys !!! I will file this issue with court and you will answer me then probably

You can only come by appointment. I called this morning and the next available appointment they have in 6 days. And then when you come for your appointment the running late you still have to wait. NEVER AGAIN 😞
