I got there 3 hours early, even though the sign said they only take check-ins 1 hour early. Figured I’d try anyway. The guard at check-in and the office staff were nice, and luckily, they checked me in with no issues. Got a door right away, unloading started in 30 minutes, and I was out in about an hour.

Just a heads-up—it's good to wear a vest, and they require the tandem to be backed in and disconnected for delivery. Worked out great for me! Not sure how it is for everyone, but based on my experience, five stars.

Onlyfacts:
*Clean new facility.

*Wending machines
*Very friendly and helpful people, 10/10 compare to the whole Atlanta area
*Unloaded in 1h (appointment 8am arrived 6:55, done at 7:55)
*Overnight limited on the side street, maybe 3 trucks. I was allowed to stay on the facility itself.
* Enough room to back up. Not very wide however

Very quick to unload. Friendly guard and unloader. They will not let you stay after delivery. I was pushed out. Signs say you can check in 1hr early. I checked in at 645am (1hr 15min before 8am appt). I dont think they are too strict on arrival, but when you are done unloading you just cannot stay.

They will always find a way to deliver your packages late even when the weather is perfect I would not recommend anyone to use this service to deliver packages

this place sucks. my package would’ve arrived on time if this place would just do their jobs. it was scanned here over 24 hours ago and hasn’t moved. hasn’t even departed this facility. ruined my day. hopefully I even get it, judging by how the reviews are.

Trying to find my package for months now, it returned here on January 3rd and nothing has come back home after an information error on its way to Brazil. Now all I want is for it to come back home and recieve all the gifts I sent to a friend far away. I've called usps, sent out inquiry's and missing mail searches. How in the world could something be scanned here and never move? I've sent this package out on November 3rd..
All the hard work I put into this package, all the paintings and artwork I've placed inside, priceless to me and now I feel that it is stolen. Why couldn't usps do any better for their customers.

My priority mail express shipping was suppose to be here Friday February 28th but I had to wait an extra days including Saturday Sunday and now Monday that's crazy I'm calling all these postal services and can't not one person tell me if I will get my express 1day shipping mail SMH....post office. Distribution centers need to do better then I'm calling again because I want this matter resolved what is the supervisor name in number or some please help me out yall

I have a 3-day Priority Mail package that's been stuck at this place for 10 days and counting. It took them 6 days just to scan it as "arrived." Filed a missing mail search request a couple of days ago, but haven't heard anything from anyone. I doubt it's ever going to leave this facility...unless it's already been five finger discounted right out the back door.
