PRIME DROP AND HOOK I should have read the reviews and prepared myself! OVERNIGHT PARKING AVAILABLE *LIMITED* (in the first cul-de-sac before the entrance) MAKE SURE YOUR GPS DOESN'T TAKE YOU TO THE EXIT OFF COBB INTERNATIONAL BLVD you park at the entrance/arm walk in to the building and check in. They will give you your trailer number and the spot is in (you can drop your trailer and come back plenty of things to do on the area including a planet fitness for showing) once you drop your trailer in the back chaotic lot that you will probably have to just drop anywhere LOL you pick up your loaded trailer and take it to the exit which is not the same as the entrance anymore HERE IS WHY I LEFT 2 STARS 😒 because the man at checkin is really nice and helpful but the other 2 at the checkout are the studied i have ever seen in this industry. They act like there is a specific spot marked where you're supposed to stop at the guard shack to get your paperwork the man came out asking me why I didn't pull all the way forward when there was only about 5 ft in front of me saying they can't see the trailer number but they have to come out and check the seal so I was dumb founded but he continued to try to antagonize me about it so I just got in my truck to pull forward. I thought he would be the one handling my paperwork so I wanted to record anything that happened further THIS IS WEST HAPPENED!

Review was right !!!!! Google should have zero star option !!! This place is horrible !!! I never seen nastiest Rudest whatever you call it people works here. They think they work for government or they really hate this job. Especially lady in guard shack . They need to stop being nasty to hard working truck drivers.

Lady in gaurd shack must hate their job. Treated me like i was forcing them to do their job. My appointment was for 10:00 am. They said 22:00 pm and tried to tell me how the military time works. And got pissy when I couldn't hear them after refer turn on with the hole eye,head,and breathing motion. The first time, there had no clue on how they operate. Everyone else, great, no problem. 21:00 load was ready. Good to go.

I was supposed to have a drop and hook. My appointment was at 14:00 got here at 13:00. 10 hr later and i’m still waiting and these idiot people don’t know when they can get me done. The oompalompa security guards are no help and a five year old can work better then the people in the office no urgency their comment is “ just take a nap, it’s the name of game! “ a sloth moves faster them.

Slow slow SLOWWWWWWWWWWWWW
ITS CRAZY HOW THEY DO APPOINTMENTS AND YOU HAVE TO WAIt for soooooo LONG.
First time here and will be the last . Had an appointment for 8am . Got here at 7:55 got on a dock and did the disconnect tandem back and sit on the truck . 1pm still no movement at the truck . Got out at 5pm.
For first time Pick up experience was horrible .

8 hrs +waiting and still not loaded. Only a handful of trucks have been here all day. HORRIBLE.. 2nd time here 8 hours again... and my freight at the wrong door. And the computer is don at checkout..
