There's no point of calling to see if your load is ready, I called a ton of times and got three different ext# for the welcome center and each one nobody answers. Just park close by or go there to see when is that load is ready. But yall can try maybe someone will get lucky. Ext: 3139, 3148, 3151.

Loading time not bad service good attitudes good, but the truck exit signs will take you up a hill into a locked gate and a dead end parking lot. The real exit gate has no signage.

The definition of easy delivery is what I can say about this place. Be deliveries and picking up for 7 years now and it’s definitely one of my favorite places. Staff is super friendly and always with a great attitude. Drop and hook never looked so easy. Whenever picking up a load make sure you get the trailer washout if is dirty they will refuse you also if you are doing a D/H make sure your trailer fuel is no less than 3/4 fuel, To a truck stop is 30 miles away. Bobtail can park at the entrance and wait for your load to be ready but is limited maybe 6 trucks.

Arrived one day early and was not received. I was expecting that. Can overnight park on a culdesac but there is also a Loves about 20 miles North on 75 and a Pilot a little further down. Got there about 2 hrs. before appointment the following day and was quickly assigned a door, unloaded, and out of there. Restroom. Thanks.

Drop and hook for us make sure your trailer starts and runs or they won’t take you also make sure your trailer is clean and free of debri or you’ll have to clean it out at the clean station on the right when you pull in! No facilities here for us and they don’t want you to park overnight or even 30 minute brake they will drive to you and tell you hurry up! Won’t go back again rate per mile is garbage plus they are super picky! Don’t open trailer doors they open from inside warehouse….
