Very easy Check In process. I arrived 2 hrs early..no problem...assigned a door and loaded quickly. Must unhook from Trailer a d disconnect red airline for safety.

Place is good. Loads are usually drop and hook, so I can’t really comment on how fast or slow they are in terms of loading or unloading. People in the office are friendly and willing to help drivers get what they need to get their loaded trailers and get on their way.

Loads are usually ready, drop and hook stuff, one way around building, check-in on one side - checkout on the other side... Watch out for gates ? Lots of folks hit them? Idk how? When exiting be courteous and pull all the way to the exit gate so other trucks behind you can get out, Great friendly staff - in&out usually less than an hour... Most of the time you spend waiting to check-in or checkout.

I'd rate it better since it was only a drop/hook, but the yard driver was just rude, and the heavy set girl in check-in was horrible.
I'm sure she's not a reflection of staff, but her attitude and condescending tone was out of line. I can be hard of hearing(thanks army mortars), but having to repeat yourself once or twice really shouldn't call for a whole attitude, and talking to an adult like a child. -2 stars for her.

Tight area with lots of trailers every where. Great staff did what they were supposed to do. Was able to drop my trailer and get my loaded one fast and easy.
