Sometimes can be up to 6hrs to be loaded. Slide tandems loaded or not before you get to the gate. Open doors if picking up also beforehand. Can be 30-45 minutes to get to the gate to check in so this helps speed it up. Better have a clean trailer! Turn off your truck when you reach gate and get out and walk to window to check in. Must disconnect and pull forward once in dock. Once loaded, someone will give you papers and seal to give to guard shack. Guard shack will seal trailer once you are loaded and will give you BOL. Restroom next to dock 12

Picked up a load here on 03.04.2025. Arrived at 1345 for 1430 appt. Was checked in and given door immediately. There was no line at the gate. You have to detach from trailer while docked. Took about 1.5 hrs to load. Not too bad considering. And luckily the weight was correct; unlike the General Mills location in Social Circle, GA!!!! Overall good experience!!!

Hit or miss . Sometimes you get loaded on time. Most of the time you don't. These people are lazy. Most loads are about 3 to 4 hours behind schedule. What a joke. Good luck drivers. Roll the dice.

My dispatched indicated Live unload, instead Drop & Hook was pretty fast. Check in at the gate was long line, waited 20 minutes at that time was early in the morning @ 0700. It was Busy Morning.

1 hour waiting for check in at gate shack (long line), too slow, come 2 hour before your appointment, But unloading they doing fast in 1 hour.

Apt 1000. Arrived 0300. Guard shack told me receiving didn’t open until 0600. They have a very wide half mile long driveway. Went close to the to the entrance and staged up, on the curb, to wait a couple of hours. At 0400 someone knocked on my door and rudely told me to leave, casting me out into the Atlanta night to find somewhere else to park and wait. I understand not allowing overnight parking, but come on let a guy stage up in your massive driveway for a couple of hours.

Race track is about .5 miles away. creative parked there, and came back at 0600. tried to turn me away for a trailer wash out because my trailer was "dusty" (this is dry van). i pushed back and they let me sweep out. got in a door at about 0630 and left at 1030. Good thing those boxes of fruit roll ups didn’t get dusty.
