As an attorney, I send time-sensitive, legal documents and we choose our industry partners carefully. PLEASE do not use this service if you expect your packages to be delivered anywhere near the stated time OR if you expect communication from the company when they fail to meet their quoted timelines. I have forgiven slight delays in the past, especially during these uncertain times, but today's experience has me taking time out of my day to write this review! I scheduled a pickup on 08/28/2020 for a package to be picked up on 08/31 for a 2 hour delivery, no later than 12 noon, and received email confirmation of the same. After 12 noon today, I realized the package was never picked up and after being placed on hold for over 18 minutes, being disconnected, and not receiving any call back from the agent, I called back and was placed on another hold before the agent told me someone would pick it up within 15 minutes (nearly an hour beyond the original stated DELIVERY time and, now, 30 minutes after I first alerted them to the missed pickup!). When I further inquired if this delivery would be at no cost and my account is in good standing, she inquired with her supervisor, Reggie Peeples, who authorized her to discount it to a "standard" rate but no further, a savings of $4.12 from my quoted price! I declined and canceled the order and my account instead! As a small business owner, I would be ashamed to provide that kind of customer service to my clients. I am well aware that people have choices and I hope this helps someone else make an informed one! I have contacted the person who referred them to me to inform them so they can re-evaluate who they consider their industry partners going forward, too. I was really hoping to be able to continue to support a small business but integrity and service are EVERYTHING!

Had a great experience working with this service for the first time today. From the start, everyone I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. Our courier, Sherries, we EXTREMELY professional and went out of her way, much to her own inconvenience, to make sure our package was delivered effectively. The office we were sending the documents to from our firm would not accept hand filings, so Sherries went to the closest post office and paid for the same day postage out of her pocket all while dealing with USPS lines. She really saved the day since we are very close to our filing deadline. Thanks ATL courier for the amazing service! Definitely will use again.

I walked into this facility not knowing if they could help me with personal mail same day delivery services, but Susan stopped what she was doing and immediately assisted me. My mail was locally delivered in less than 3 hours to the designated location. I really appreciate the services provided, and Susan as well as the other staff members were so nice and willing to help me. Thank You ATL Courier!!

You would be the biggest fool to work at this company as a subcontractor. I took 2 loads, one to Miami and one to Key Largo from the same company. One was paid $784 (Key Largo) other $14.50 (Miami). I drove 1500miles in a Cargo Van non stop down to FL and back. $210 gas $35 food/drinks and $48 tolls.
$798.5 total - 210 - 35 - 48 = $505.5 with 24hrs no sleep. I picked up the Miami load got home and got a call to go back for the Key Largo load. Dispatch said “Hey, mind as well get paid for that one as well”. I said sure why not. Only to find out my first load got paid $14.50, yes that is $14.50 to Miami. Not to mention wasting time going home and back to the company. Roughly 35miles both ways.
Now, lets just say 2 different drives drove each load. Is one going to get paid $14.50 and the other $784? I don’ think so!! Well, you get the point who got the money.

Let me reply to your comment below. How Ironic that you mention that you do not charge your customer twice. Then explain 3 BOL’s from a same company (not mentioning the name), all paid same amount, 3 different times to destination? Please don’t lie, otherwise I would have been paid once for those 3 loads according to your statement. Also if you care about your drivers and their safety as well as the public’s. Do not offer them loads at 4 p.m. after they have worked all day already, for next day A.M. delivery. That automatically puts them over minimum of 20hours of driving.

I have had the pleasure of working with ATL Courier at two different jobs I have had in Atlanta. They are fast, friendly, and most important, reliable. They have the most competitive quotes I have seen from a local courier. They also have an email update program so you can keep track of your shipment with out spending all your time on the phone.
