Every time I come to this location I get the same loaders Josh & I've forgotten the other dude name that quick I think he said Pat anyway these guys are 2 of the best loaders at this location. They speak, always friendly and are very professional they always load the truck exactly like I ask. I even waited for them to load the truck today and then I said I'm sorry can you rearrange the load another way? Both with smiles on their faces immediately said yes we can do that. Would have given 5 stars but they gave that ridiculous osha BS that you can't get ob your trailer. Besides that they load quickly and and very personable.

Ok, drivers, when you get here, you'll have to go to door 134 to check. The sign out front is wrong, so go left to actually check in. Try to be 30 minutes early for your appointment and be ready to fill out a "job application," lol. Have or at least know your driver's license number. If you're late, you'll have to wait, and if you're too early, you might get in sooner, but not by much. I guess it all depends on how many are scheduled for the day. If you deliver with a dry van, it seems a bit easier, quicker than with a flatbed, but at least with the flatbed, they can pull inside the building out of the elements to unload.

Very unprofessional and highly disappointed in the interview process with the company. If you a person of color don’t bothered applying for manager position at this particular site since it’s no person of color within operations team. I was crammed with 4 interviews including panel interview within 4 days. I adjusted my scheduled to accommodate the team within 4 days. I had two interviews in one day which composed of initial interview recruiter on zoom and phone interview with hiring manager within few hours. I had panel interview following day, which I drove 1 hr and 15 minutes for; by the way I was an Hour early for interview. I pass the panel interview and had a site tour . The VP of distributions was on site and wasn’t busy could have made time to interview me also .The recruiter reached out next day stating that VP want to interview me. He seemed disengaged and uninterested from beginning of interview. Reviewing other sites after the panel interview the candidate be offer job. I had too reached out three times to recruiter to be informed that I wasn’t selected for job although I see job was reposted. If you person of color don’t bother applying to this site when it’s a lot of job opportunities in Atlanta and Macon.

One of the worst shipper in past 5 years , every single worker is slow and lazy, manager don’t have an experience how to set up shipping process for the flatbeds. They loading only by appointment! Be prepared to spend there 3-4 hours. They have about 20 workers there , 19 of them don’t do nothing. And 1 will load you . Avoid if you can. Workers walking around laughing to each other, making jokes. And don’t care about drivers time.

This place is so terrible at getting drivers loaded. I have had three different drivers here for a pickup (hotshots) in the last month and every single time it takes a minimum of 4 hours to get loaded, even for small loads. You would think a company this big would have a system in place that works better than what they are presently doing now.

This is an excellent company. I just picked up a Load there yesterday. From the time I arrived to the time I left. My experience was wonderful. They are very respectful and professional.

ALSO GRADY THE FORKLIFT GUY WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL.

GRADY AND THE STAFF AT THIS SITE MADE ME FEEL AT HOME.

THE FAMILY ENERGY AT THIS PLACE IS PHENOMENAL!!!!!

The folks were nice but I swear they are SLOW SLOW SLOW, they say because they are new and understaffed, this is the truest statement because they seem unsure Of what they are supposed to be doing. They got me in about 30 min past my appt time and because I checked in early (2 hours early) they had my load ready so I got in and out. But I got here early and watched and I would’ve been in and out of here hours ago at literally ANY other facility with the amount of trucks they actually loaded. I heard a few others horror stories dealing with shipping and receiving as a WHOLE WITH THIS COMPANY. All I can say is I hope they get it together and become more efficient, and expeditious, because it literally drains a driverwho’s ready to run now, but we have to sit for hours like we’re running aREEFER!
