Extremely rude. Whether you go in or drive through it’s slow. It takes 30+ minutes either way. They definitely need to change whatever is causing this. Parking lot was empty and there was only one person in front of us.

Their prices with insurance are higher than other pharmacies on some medications. if you have insurance, the price of the meds should be the same across-the-board.

You would think getting medicine filled here every month they would get it right. They don’t! It’s always wrong!! And when you tell them it’s wrong they call you a liar then won’t give you the right prescription.

My family has been using this pharmacy since I was a child. Over the last couple of years the customer service has decreased dramatically. Rude when they pick up the phone. Rude when you come into the facility . No reason at all . You’re dealing with sick , chronic , terminal patients and people . Why in the world would you treat people like that.

Service has been going downhill for the past two years. It stinks when you call your medicine in and I have someone to go pick it up and it’s never ready! I am when you get halfway down the road and realize that you don’t have all your medication and you call him and say oh yeah I forgot to put it in your bag. I know my whole family is changing pharmacies. Thanks Athens.
