Since Astound took over Harris Brownwood the response to problems is non existent. All you get is leave name problems. Nobrrdpobse all day except from local office. Why is there not a on call person. Other providers do not have this problem .. might star looking

Why is it when i turn on my tv it comes and goes for sometimes a hour goes by and i get to watch 2 second flashes od the show then off again hard to believe its worth 170 a month to see flashbacks and maybe a total of 15 minutes of on and off television
