I waited 1 month for my Nike order and now it goes missing. What a joke

Delivery has been subcontracted out to UniUni. Delivery person erroneously stated address was a po box (it’s a COLLEGE). No updates on shipping for a week, no second attempt to deliver has been made.
Unprofessional and irresponsible. Sat on hold for over an hour, when I finally reached someone, they hung up on me.

I am not above driving to Canada and abusing their kindness.

Shipped via Pirateship, a route via USPS to Asendia. Package was delivered to the Asendia facility (signature and GPS proof) but Asendia denies they got it. And then they tell you there is nothing they can do. It is a very easy way to take or lose any package they desire, as there is zero consequence to it. So shocking this is possible and that this company can just exist. Wow. Avoid this company!

My eBay seller decided to use Globegistics/Asendia (Globegistics was acquired by Asendia in 2018) for my international order being sent from the US to the UK.

Usually, USPS First Class Mail parcels arrive to the U.K. from the US about 5-7 business days after being sent. My parcel has now been with Globegistics for nearing a week, but has yet to (1) enter the USPS system and (2) leave the country. I would gladly have paid the extra few dollars for my seller to simply ship the parcel directly through the USPS had I have known how absurdly slow Globegistics is at processing parcels.

Stay away.

The worst Shipper in the business! Sent a package from Los Angeles to Toronto Ontario Canada, problem is the destination should have been Victoria BC Canada. That is 3000km out of the way. And it has to come all the way back. Do your business a favor do not use these clowns. They are more Mr Magoo then Magellan.
