I am following my business partner review....

We are still waiting for a proper GPS distribution spread sheet as all other companies provide!
The map with highlighted streets is a very basic ,,proof”.
They have commented on Martin's review taking a sentence out of context from our email and not presenting the full picture (we checked the areas).

From the large amount of bad reviews we can see they were requesting the same but never got it. On top of that other people confirmed in their reviews that they checked the areas and leaflets were not distributed- we done the same.

ASA company is threatening us with legal action if we do not remove our review! We have a right to share our experience.

Our company among many others got scammed by your unethical tactics!

We understand that the distribution doesn’t guarantee leads however how do you expect people to call or email if they never received our leaflets.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!

I have paid £3000 for delivery of leaflets and they have not been delivered. The leaflets cost me over £2500 to print so altogether a £5500 campaign. I have checked over 50 properties and also asked friends/neighbours and there is no sign of delivery. ASA are unable to provide any evidence of delivery other than a bunch of photos holding some flyers. I have written 7 emails of complaint over a 3 week period with no email replies, yet they replied to this Google Review in minutes. They have instead responded by leaving fake reviews for my own business as some kind of retaliation. I will be discussing the matter with trading standards. I strongly advise you to find an alternative supplier. In response to your statement below I would add that you are happy to cheat honest customers and then lie about it when called out on a public platform. You delivered none of my leaflets, I received no phone calls and you were completely unfazed as if this was standard practice. Despicable
