Shortly after we moved into this storage facility we were warned from friends that this storage facility floods on a regular basis. Unfortunately we were not warned of this situation before moving in. Prior to the first flood I reached out to 10 Federal about the stories we heard. They assured us that they had put preventative measures in place to prevent this. I asked for the details and received nothing. Shortly (within a week) the storage unit flooded. No e-mail/ communication from 10 Federal at the time that it happened. I stopped by to find several people attempting to move-out. Unfortunately, there were not many available spaces available for us to to the same. So we raised everything up off the floor and a few days later the facility flood again, again no communication. This time when I went in, the mold was unbelievable in my unit, you could smell the mildew everywhere. That was the last straw. We got luck and found a storage unit and moved out. If there's a class-action lawsuit about the unprofessional place of business and what it costs many of us, count me in. I just truly hope you all find another location to store your items, as tough as it is in this area, maybe it will force the corporation that owns this facility to invest some money, as it could be prevented.

I like the facility, I haven’t had any problems at this time and I look forward to keep it that way. I’m glad I actually took the time out to do business with 10 Federal Self Storage. If you need a good climate control unit these are the people to go to!!!

Everything in my storage room is flooded. 2 times! Please do not rent from this place they will not bring a dumpster for our damaged furniture. I begged them to bring one. For 2 women (one with COPD) trying to move a 3 bedroom house out of storage, it's difficult on top of not having a dumpster.. I have no idea where to put this furniture and I only have a day to do it in. On top of that, dumps aren't open on Sundays. We moved up here from the south 2 weeks ago and now this. We had to rent another moving truck and another storage unit and move everything by ourselves from a 3 bedroom house 2 times. This has costed a fortune, when it shouldn't have. All I'm asking for is a dumpster. All the other tenants are asking the same thing. Every unit was flooded. I have insurance but it says it doesn't cover floods. Go figure. I really hope we all get compensation for this. The mildew smell is horrible. Not once have we seen the owners. We need help!

10 Federal self storage made my job of finding a available unit easy. Also prices where very reasonable. Would recommend to someone if they are looking for storage.

They stoled my stuff, 10 Federal storage sold to this place, I was never notified they promised to call me back to let me know something never heard a word back from them...now my things are just gone, regardless I paid for over 2 years 39.99 monthly ...🤬

Rats. . I did not know until I was already moved in. Almost all my furniture, appliances, and electronics are less than two years old. I had a bunch of friends help me move in there, and can't ask them to do it again. Major anxiety about it

This is the WORST STORAGE they flood regularly.(so much they have a bunch of sandbags they keep) It flooded on us and their insurance doesn’t pay for flood damage. We lost a lot of furniture, and other belongings. Don’t choose this place!!
