Had a great experience getting a unit and moving my equipment in from work. I have used a lot of storage facilities with my line of business and this one has been great. The manager was outstanding, Trevor was his name I believe. He answered all my questions in a professional manner but connected on a personal level. Other managers within storage can be often be off putting and condescending , Trevor was by far one of the best I have come across. I will be using this storage facility for the future and recommend it to business associates.

poor experience. were now under new ownership, they are the rude they locked my mom out and she paid her bill. poor management.. the owner wouldn't even come out to get the lock off knowing that bill was paid we had the receipt no one knew nothing. were getting out asap. not to mention the rats ate thru most of her items.

Highly suggest for all your moving and storage needs very satisfied with services! Used these folks for many years and personnel is absolutely the best ive had, always willing to be helpful in any way to make you have the best experience possible:) The manager Jamie is amazing in everyway and delivers service with a smile everytime! Very Clean facility and spacious:)

They are Cold Hearted they don't care anything about their tenants. Instead of trying to help tenants they now make u pay 2 late fees and when ur 45 days they charge another $50 fee!!! They don't have an Exterminator for bugs. One of the other tenants brought in roaches and a BUNCH of them and now my stuff is FULL of them. If you allow them to hold a CLEANING DEPOSIT they will NOT give it back to you once u move out. My unit was cleaned out and they would NOT give me back my $200 Cleaning Deposit!!!

Incredibly rude and over priced. There are cheaper options within walking distance with better customer service. They don't care if they have your business and they come up with new fees and raise the prices every few months.

Do not store your possessions with these people (especially if you want to keep them. And once your items have been stolen do not expect any help from their management. Pick a different storage facility!
