If all big warehouses/facilities were like this one, truckers days would be much more easier and nicer.
Well organized, easy check in at 10am, quick unload at 10.30am. App time was at 11am. You just need to have you PO numbers ready

Arrived at 1500 for a 1630 appt. Snow came and they shut down. The next day they opened at noon. They have been working all the contracted trucks and pushing the others to the back of the line. I've completed a 34 hour reset and still haven't gotten a door. A few good people there, but very poorly managed. Not a good place for an owner op. Oh, and all I have on my truck is 4 pallets!!!

When I arrived I realized that I been here before. Easy check in/out. They are always nice. When you get ready to leave make that first right after the gate opens and go back to the entrance you came in because going straight out is a right turn only.

Unloading time is not bad at all.

Lady with dreadlocks/braids at check in is rude. She was mad because the drivers are punctual, and on time doing their jobs. Maybe she’s not a morning person.

Dryvan loads: pull in a park past door 13 for staging and walk your BOLs back through the gate you entered through to the door behind the call box. Fill out paperwork and wait to be called to the window for instructions on witch door to get unloaded.

Attention: When backing into your dock door for unloading do not drive back towards the entrance gate you will get stuck. From standing door back up to your loading door. There is no turn around….

Long entry line due to stupid check in process, ya call then walk in from gate. The backing room is extremely tight as well as pulling out to leave. Fast unloading though.

Great manager. Broker lied about delivery hrs. This receiver not 24/7 they from 6am until 9pm by appointment ONLY. Manager was great and allowed us to get reschedule to 11:30am same day and unloaded us at 9:30am driver got out with BOLs from this receiver. Be nice to receiving and they will be nice to you!!!

The girl from the shipping office is really angry, swearing since morning, in a bad mood, as if we, the drivers, brought her to work at this job. And half of what she says outside the window is unclear.
