I highly recommend Arkansas Self-Storage in Fayetteville. Edwina was super helpful and always available. She provided awesome customer service! This is a very nice facility on well-kept grounds. Great location for University of Arkansas students! We will definitely use them again. I recommend a climate controlled unit.

DO NOT USE. I kept my stuff in there and it is infested with spiders. Every. Single. Box. The storage unit breaks easily and then they blame you for it breaking. I think they’re very poorly ran. I wish I went anywhere else. Wasted money

This is the worst storage facility I have ever encountered. The customer service is horrible. The lady at the front desk seems to always be in a bad mood. Their prices are too high and the facility is not the best.

Excellent choice for storage units. I highly recommend Arkansas Self Storage. They are clean, well lit, and secure. The staff was easy to work with and very professional. If I ever need a storage unit again, this is where I will go!!
