The lady in the office was super friendly and helpful getting me set up. She even took me over to my unit in a golf cart to make sure everything was ready to go.

I moved out on a Saturday, and she called me the following Monday to check up because she noticed I'd moved out. She then filed the move out paperwork instead of making me submit it in writing etc. The service was just amazing.

The prices are the best I found in the area. It's a little older and not as fancy, but the service is second to none.

If your looking for a place to store your personal items or even a rv or car this is the place to do so. Sharon is the greatest always has a smile and is super pleasant. Also you at least don't have to worry about your rent going up for a year. Unlike public storage who raises your rent every month without even giving a notice that they are doing it. I'm so glad I moved from public storage to here.. Best move yet!!

Service is excellent, friendly and they go above and beyond! Sharon, the manager is extraordinary!!! She runs a tight ship and has great employees. I started with one unit. Ended up with five spanning over a 3-year period. Sharon was always accessible even on her day off to get back to you within 24 hours. Always willing and able to answer questions, concerns or requests. If you get out of line or break a rule, she will surely let you know in a delightful, respectful manner. Sharon, I want to thank you very very very much for all you have done and all the help you have been to me,my family and friends throughout the years. We never felt like just a unit number or should I say unit numbers.
I strongly recommend anybody that needs any storing that needs whether it be storage units or RV and other storing as well. Please check into them. They have great rates and you can't get any better with cleanliness, safety or staff.

I have not used storage facilities for many years. The ones I used 15 years ago were flimsy-built, dusty, and hot. Arizona Self Storage in Oro Valley (Tucson area) is just the opposite: sturdy-built, clean as your living room, and complete with an insulated ceiling and ultimate rooftop. The security and safety of your stored goods are absolutely safe.

I just added some furniture today and the outside temp was 100F. Inside the 10' x 10' unit it was not baking and my lifting and moving fairly heavy chairs and dressers was acceptable. The insulated roof makes quite a difference.

Sharon, the manager, is a gem. She is friendly and knowledgable. AZ Self Storage is also a Penske dealership and I have a 16' truck booked for mid-June. Again, Sharon's expertise also extends to the moving trailers and trucks so she is super-qualified to be involved. She has driven 2,500 mile household moves herself, even towing a car behind a huge Penske truck, so any customer fortunate enough to book through this business can be assured of proper guidance....an important commodity whether you're making a room-sized trailer carry or a home-sized move.

You generally keep the facility clean and orderly. In the last few months, I have noticed a few "animal droppings" around a couple of units. Also, I would suggest you provide an electrical outlet that renters could use for clening or repairs in a unit. Also, an overhea light in the unit would be apreciated.

I have been storing my family heirlooms here for years. It is so safe that I never have to worry about them. The office manager Sharon is so nice and helpful. What i appreciate most is I'm not just a unit number but Sharon knows her customers by name. I wouldn't rent a storage unit anywhere else. Their security is superior to all other storage facilities in Tucson and surrounding areas.
