Argos so far so good ...
Goods in office staff was polite. Clean drivers waiting room. Snacks and coffee machines...be prepared because only take change. While you waiting you can watch telly ?
Waiting time around 1 hour... Not bad...
Only one downside was the horrible metal benches ?
One way system easy to get in and out...

Arrived 40 mins after a booking time that I wasn’t aware of (groupage trailer from france) lady behind window at goods in was more than helpful and a pleasure to deal with even though I had incorrect paperwork. Tipped 3 pallets and was on my way in 45 mins in spite of everything.
Treat the staff you are dealing with with basic respect and politeness and maybe they will return the favour.
Would have been a 5* review but the drivers waiting area leaves a lot to be desired, but certainly not the worst I’ve had the pleasure to while away some time.

Not very good, tipped me, then they got side tracked on another bay. Forgot to sign me off. After 3 hours checked trailer, it's empty. Only problem when you drop trailer on bay & park in designated area. It happens.

It's not open to the public don't go there, actually easier than many to get to, little bit tight, would be nice if someone explained to architects desining distribution facilities that minimum tuning circles are limits not targets please make things 50% bigger as lorries tend to get bigger not smaller 42 foot bays are just OK to drop a 40 for trailer in but not much use for a 48 footer or a 60 foot wagon and drag especially when trying to drop demounts

3hrs to unload and still ere. Waiting room freezing...drinks machines empty. Toilets smell and disgusting. Basically this place enough to put u off driving for life. SHAMBLES.
