I have never experienced such horrible customer service/service. This company is the worst. I ordered service on 12/10/2024. They rescheduled my delivery with no communication. I stayed home and waited for nothing. Once the delivery was finally done, to my surprise, the dryer didn't work and the washer shook so bad that I had to stop it. It is now 1/9/2025 and I still have no replacement. It suppose to be delivered today which i am not holding my breath. How is this company still in business? I have recorded all my calls with them and will be reporting them to BBB as well as disputing the charge with my bank. I wish I could give -5 stars.

Absolute trash company! I am completely disappointed with my apartment complex for recommending them. The first washer and dryer they sent me did not work at all. Had to wait 3 weeks for a replacement and now this set doesn't work either. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau. Avoid appliance warehouse at all costs! Karma will catch up with them. You cant treat honest people like this and expect to get away with it. Shame on you!

I am so upset with this company. They installed a faulty and dirty washer which never worked and then replaced it with an older washer which shakes during cycles. They have not refunded me any amount for this issue. When I told the worker he wrote “a little wobbly in his notes”. The dryer which they installed has smelly gunk stuck in the vent which is a serious fire hazard. I asked their worker to clean it but he told me to do it myself. There’s no way to clean the gunk given how small the space is. I wish my housing complex never recommended them because this is absolutely horrendous!

Their worker also left black hand marks all over my doors and walls which I had to clean. They don’t pick up their calls so you will never be able to reach a person. The pick up and end of contract is done via calls so good luck getting in touch with someone. I am extremely distressed as to the garbage of a washer and dryer they installed in my home. Absolutely disheartening to have to deal with this.

This washer has been a huge disappointment. It barely cleans clothes, leaving stains that should easily come out. It’s also incredibly noisy. The drum doesn’t drain properly, so I often find my clothes soaking wet after the cycle. For the price I paid, I expected much better performance. Avoid this washer if you value your time and money I regret purchasing this dryer. It takes forever to dry even small loads. The lint trap is poorly designed and hard to clean, which is a safety concern because my dryer has caught on fire on multiple occasions and then when you tell customer service about them they say they going to schedule them end up change the date.
After only a few months, it started making loud rattling noises. Customer service has been unhelpful in resolving these issues. I wouldn’t recommend this dryer to anyone.

I wouldn’t give the company one star but google makes you. I’ve had the company for over two years now from start to finish no improvements. The machines are always catching fire, old and rusty, so you always have to switch them and the service provided is terrible. Constantly lyging to the customer on dates and following up I have been waiting almost two months now for a new dryer to wash my family items. Very dishonest ,no follow ups and no consideration for customer cancels same day minutes before. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone who values their time and money. They never have any drivers so you’ll never get what you need which tells a lot about the company as a whole. Paying for service you can’t use is preposterous !

I had to reconnect the dryer vent myself. The man who came to the house did not do it correctly. I did not think much of that event since it was easy to do. I did my laundry with no issues, except for the fact that the washing machine did not distribute the Clorox properly and one of my shirts was ruined. Then, the second time I used the machines, I washed everything adequately, but the dryer stopped working all together; it does not start. I went into the customer log-in to ask for service and the next available appointment is almost 2 weeks from today. So far, I am very unhappy with their service. Would not recommend to anyone. Oh, I forgot to mention that when they came to install the machines, they showed up at around 5:00. I waited all day long for them. It is a disaster.

I must add that at least they are willing to replace items that don’t work…The dryer was replaced, but by a used one, and I am paying premium for a new one. So now they are coming back this Friday to replace the replacement for a new dryer. Let’s see how this goes.

So I called and spoke with someone because my washer stop working, when I called they said I owed a balance from March with late fees accumulating since then. I’m on auto pay so I had no idea that a payment didn’t go through. Since then and before then my payments have gone through and not one phone call or message was left stating that an issue with the payment. I don’t even know if I get my statement in email or mail but since it is auto pay I really don’t pay much attention to this. I ask for a manger when nothing was getting resolved and she hung up on me and then someone or her emailed me stating that they were going to repossess the units. I emailed back saying how easy it was to let me know an issue accord and asked why they didn’t run it for total due the following month since they had permission to do so. Nothing resolved I asked Elissa there to put me through to a manager and she just keeps sending same email back to me about how I missed the payment. This email is also all in CAPS! Also got an email during all this for a gift card for being a loyal customer. And after telling her to not run my card again, they just ran it again for this months payment. Snd mind you our unit is broken! Sorry but after using them for over a year and not even knowing about the issue and all it would’ve taken was a simple text, voicemail or by email to let me know. Or how about waiving the late fees like I asked and I would pay the month that was missed I know I owe that but some blame on them for not communicating better! Still not sure why since they run my card every month not run until payment does go through or following month for total due? So frustrating

If I could rate them negative stars I would. Horrible customer service, horrible communication. Will waste your time by scheduling a date to pickup and then not show up or communicate in any way even when you call more than 4 times in one day to figure out what’s going on. But then they’ll also charge you for an additional month of use after they failed to pickup their equipment. Then their customer service people will hang up on you, lie to you, and fight you when you try to get the refund you were promised. It took me 3 months to get a partial refund for a charge that never should have even happened. Please don’t use this company.
