Lots to say!

Don’t buy or even consider building with those SIPs

Absolute failure

They don’t deserve a one star at all! Zero Stars! Guess they sold the place. lol

Paul and Daughter Kim were scammers. horrible and we shouldn’t have purchased anything from them in the first place.

Finally finished building my “SIP” house after two years. Cost me twice as much. Headache!!!!!

They recommended a builder that had never touched the product ever. Shady!!! Stay away.

Well built shed - but I decided to paint it myself. This picture is after I finished cutting in the paint.

I decided to have it built on site as I didn't have an area where a flat bed truck could drop the shed.
I was told by my sales person that I could expect it to be built in 4-6 weeks. This wasn't the case - it was more over 10 weeks. The company was NOT proactive in keeping me "in the loop". They didn't call me, text me or email me as to when I could expect the building - unless I called. I was told to expect it several different times before the assembly crew showed up. In this modern day of communication - I think you could reasonably expect some contact. They need some project managers - they are sorely lacking. If I had to do it over again, I would probably go with Home Depot and Tuff Shed - they might be more expensive - but at least they contact you.

Do not use these people for buildings!!!Order a garage from these people they were rude. Trying to get install date. Came to install at 6:45pm and said they would be done by dark now this is a 20x20 I closed. They rescheduled showed up installed build . I ordered 10 foot doors they installed 8 called them they told me 4000$ more I could have 10 ft doors. They are rude and only care about there commission not customers

Awesome service! From start to finish wonderful folks to work with. Helped us pick out the perfect building and even babysat it for a while while the weather hindered our preparations for our building's sight. Delivery was fast and extremely exceptional. We are so impressed! I would highly recommend these folks for any storage building needs. We hope to be back for another!

We were allowed to freely browse the lot and compare buildings and prices, and then Dale patiently showed us the options in our preferred price range and with his help, we made a well informed purchase. We were made to feel welcomed, never rushed, and the purchase process was a breeze. Dale answered all of my calls and texts regarding delivery set up and concerns, and Lee was an absolute pro at placing and leveling the building. We're very satisfied with our lofted shed, and the customer service at Eagle Ridge in Ellijay.

This place may be fine if you are just looking for a storage shed, but not sure about their tiny homes.

I was intrigued by the construction technique of their tiny homes. Structurally very strong with amazing insulating R values. However I went to visit their model home in Ellijay and was not impressed by the overall fit and finish. Although the model home still looks to be a work-in-progress, there were little things that stood out that caught my eye. For example, where the walls meet the ceilings didn't have a smooth transition. Something about the product seemed very unpolished. It felt as if they got to a certain point in the build but have not been able to smooth things out due to the nature of the non-traditional build materials they are working with. I don't see how they think they are going to sell any of their homes by having an unfinished model on display.
