We recently used Apex Moving + Storage for our move from Arkansas to Oklahoma, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! Sharla, our contact for planning and scheduling, was fantastic—she was incredibly communicative, got us a quote and scheduled quickly, and even checked in to ensure everything was going smoothly. When she was out of the office, an associate followed up, which was much appreciated.

Our moving team—Hector, Demarcus, and (I believe) Carlos—went above and beyond. They expertly packed all our belongings, ensuring everything arrived safe and sound. They were also very thoughtful during the unloading process, checking in with us about where items should go and explaining the timeline and driving restrictions so we knew what to expect. The 3rd party crate packing and unpacking were awesome, too!

We are so grateful for the excellent service, attention to detail, and support we received. We highly recommend Apex Moving + Storage!

I ended up not using Apex because I found a lower price elsewhere and I already had half of my things packed myself, but I have to give credit to Ben Vos for how responsive, patient, and attentive he was despite my tight timeline. If price hadn't been such a constraining factor for me I would have loved to give Apex my business and in hindsight it probably would have been worth the extra spend just to have the peace of mind. My advice for anyone moving - call Ben and start 2-3 months before your move date! You won't regret it.
