Great storage facility and experience. I had a unit here for 2 years. I had no issues with rats, no roaches, no bed bugs, no problems. I did put dehumidifiers in my storage unit, I highly recommend it. I had no mold. My clothes, my mattress, my oak furniture, bicycle, art supplies, were all in the same condition when I moved them out. I’m impressed by the customer service the few times I needed it, it was reasonably priced, and the unit was well sealed from the outdoor elements and weather. Super nice service from Reggie today- he helped us get our moving van to our storage unit, as the van was too big for the rows. Had a unit there for years and now we’re moving across country- would recommend them to anyone! 😊

They aren't as meh as I originally thought. Decent staff that are helpful and not rude, just not overly friendly. The grounds are kep very tidy and clean. I've not had any pests or whatnot in my storage and have been with them almost 3 years.

$23 cheaper than "EXTRA STORAGE" for the same 5x5 and right around the corner from them about 150 yards
What's funny is "EXTRA STORAGE" told me the going rate for a 5x5 is $76 yet nobody else In the area is charging that much and they changed my rate without notice even though I was never late on a payment, avoid them they lie and are greedy, "antelope self storage" is way better with better customer service. And a lot better rates you can keep for 12 months, many places excluding here are greedy and will change your rate every month claiming they have to but if they want solid customers they really don't and shouldn't, 5 stars for this place, I especially like the late gate hours of 9pm which neither "public storage" nor "extra storage" offer

I love the people who work here they are so sweet and the rates are reasonable for it being an outside storage. I chose this place mostly for the hours the gate is open 6a-9p which makes it so nice not to have to leave early from work to get to a storage unit at all the other places who are usually open 9a-5p 🤦‍♀️

Rarely do i slap 5 stars on any place but the folks that keep the wheels spinning here are tops! Always there to help out. Access Hours are longer than most all other places. Prices? Lowest around! Going on 5 yrs i been keepin my stuff there and im not lookin to leave any time soon. Great place, great people!

The management is very friendly & helpful but the facility is kind of out of date & I just didn't care for the location. It's right across from Home Depot which I thought would make it feel more secure but the homeless community in this area has the place over run
