Yards a bit of a mess for deliveries, but here's some helpful truck tips for deliveries and drivers as given by someone who waited overnight for delivery.

They start taking trucks at 0500, write your phone number on the top of your bills and ring the buzzer by the office door on the far right of the building and hand them over, they will call you when they have a door open for you can likely unload you early. My appt was 0930, I was checked in at 0500, given a door at 0630, and unloaded by 0730. They will most likely knock on your door and hand you the bills after they are done unloading instead of calling you like they did for me.

If parking overnight, they ask you park on the street by the entrance. Check the photo for best entry and parking spot location as requested by them.

The day cabs are a bit braindead and will grab any open spot for when they dock, if the take your door, youre fine taking the open door next to them(at least in the case of doors 18/19)

Reefer docks are 1-5 and dry van docks are 18/19. They have a lot of trailers just stacked in their yard, but they left enough space that you can maneuver a 53ft sleeper combo into the doors, I know because I did it myself.

If you need to park after delivering, your closest best bet is probably the QuikTrip on i85 NB exit 137. There is a pilot on I85 exit 129 but it suuuuucks in so many ways. If QuikTrip is full and youre desperate, exit 137 has a huge secured pay to park yard. It's $15 for daily parking and youre practically guaranteed a spot.

I think that covers most the areas, good luck drivers, this yard looks worse than it is.

Signs on shipping and receiving doors say check in at main office. Gal at main office said to check in at the door with no sign on it. Go figure.
Did get put in a door over an hour before appt, and plenty of space between docks, which is a plus since lot has a bunch of trailers in it. Could get "fun" when more trucks show up at once.

Got assigned to a door as soon as I checked, an hour later had my bills. The best part is I got assigned to door #1, so I was able to pull out the driveway and setup, didn't have a door with trailers and trucks in front of them. The guy I checked in with was professional, nothing like some of the other experiences in the reviews. Wouldn't recommend parking overnight due to the limited space, unless you can park on the street.

Booked me to haul a load, wasted my whole day away!!! Told me they will come get me when load is picked. Hour passed pick up time almost 6 hours waiting and didn’t except any other load because of them. I go in and they told me they canceled that their truck ended up taking it. Like my truck doesn’t run on fuel and my whole time was just spent waiting and now my load home for thanksgiving gone because they just randomly cancel and not Evan say a word. I wouldn’t have except a load from this place because they might just cancel on you and waste your whole day away.

Customer service is outstanding, when we go to the warehouse to pick up our orders, the people who work in the warehouse are friendly, and go out of their way to help. They get it, customer service is their top priority!

Woke me up Early before my Appointment delivery time and unloaded me fairly quick. Although I do appreciate that you don't know when you'll be asked to move during the night since They do have Over night parking here, but I wouldn't recommend it if you don't have too, since you're infront of the docks and can be woken up to move for overnight drivers dropping off.

If they give you a door that is occupied make sure to park where you can back in the second he leaves. They will let day cabs cut in front of you no matter how long you waited. I waited an hour and right as I was going to back in a day cab backs in without checking in and they unloaded him first anyways.
