*Be Aware*

I've used AmFreight Transportation 3 times in the past to ship my vehicles and have had great service. For my forth and final transport with this company, I was not happy with this broker's decision to use @Miller Time LLC, to transport my high end vehicle. This company was not vetted properly and as a result, Miller Time LLC damaged my vehicle while in route to its destination. Below is the who, what, where, when & why of the story. There's a lot to unpack so I may miss a detail or two.

CHAIN OF EVENTS:
- The driver/Kenny, did not arrive until after dark and arrived without a completed BOL

- The person shipping the car had to fill out the BOL and the driver then entered the make/model of the vehicle being shipped

- The driver did not take any photos of the car during pickup (which was captured in the lens of a camera the shipper had taken of him just holding his phone).

- The driver/Kenny, sent me 1 photo, showing my vehicle was moved from the back to the front of the 2nd vehicle that was being transported. I'm not sure why that was done other than to prevent the back of the car from getting further damaged.

- The car made it to its destination. Kenny called the day before delivering the car stating he was in the state of delivery and asked if he could drop the car off early the next morning. I said yes. He showed up when it was still dark outside, did not take pics nor did he do a walk around or present a BOL for me to sign. Had one been presented, I would not have signed it until it was daylight and I could see the car.

- When the sun came up, I saw there was damage to the rear of the car. I immediately contacted the driver and asked him did he take pics at pickup, he said yes but could not produce them. He eventually stopped responding to my calls/texts.

- I called my broker at AmFreight and was provided with the insurance information for Miller Time LLC which was Progressive's Commercial Line Cargo insurance dept - Luis. I did call and open a claim in Aug of 23.

- This insurance company reached to the owner, Staff Sergeant KTonius Miller spoke, the owner of Miller Time LLC and spoke to him 2 maybe 3 times and requested required documents in order to move forward with repairing my car. Weeks passed by and there was no response from Mr. Miller until earlier to mid September, informing Progressive that he was in the field (military duty) and can provide what is needed when he returns on 9/28/23. We waited and waited and waited but the communication stopped. The insurance company never received anything from Mr. Miller.

- In the meantime, AmFreight was able to make contact with Mr. Miller and asked that he reach out to me to resolve this matter. I was provided with Mr. Millers email and phone number.

- We talked on 11/6, he apologized for the inconvenience and asked for the estimate on the car and an explanation of what happened. Not only did I provide the estimate and detailed explanation, I also provided pictures.

- As of 11/6, Progressive has just informed me of:
1. They need Miller Time LLC to provide pickup and delivery
photo's, advising if they don't have them, this claim could
cause delays.
2. Progressive states Miller Time LLC initial statement states
they didn't cause any damages during delivery.

Bottom line, my car is still damaged. AmFreight Transportation hired this company but will not assume responsibility. I'm told the liability transfers to the transportation company picking up the car. This is most unfortunate knowing I spent thousands with AmFreight to transport my vehicles in the past. There is no loyalty.

If I can share any words of wisdom, be aware of whom you do business with and understand the contractual loopholes that are used, most times they are not in your favor.

Amfreight is steeling from the trucking companies. We're fine with a broker getting 10 too 20% off of a load .
But amfreight brokered my husband's load too him said $19,000. Was the most they could go then we loaded the load & the Tmo had too redo the bol.
The actual price from the US MILITARY
Is $41,999. They stole $22,999. Off the top . They are being reported for this .
