Hi Fellow Truck Drivers This is Good Facility just make sure you here on time Pretty roomy place Easy to Backup on Doors 11:30 PM Appointment checked in 10:00 PM got door right way. They do have clean restroom inside.

After a quick five-hour drive drive from the shipper, I’m faced with a baffling 21-hour appointment gap, unable to gain entry until an hour before. Despite having nearly 100 docks, they’re unloading just 3-4 trucks at a time, leaving most docks glaringly empty. Security may be polite, but checking in is an exercise in frustration. Rather than a conversation, I’m handed a slip of paper for instructions.

Once at the door, it’s a series of nonsensical procedures: the doors open inside... fine, yet I'm told to back the tandems even though they have an adjustable dock plate. I’m required to lower the dolly, even though a dock lock is already supposedly holding the truck secure.

To top it off, I'm not allowed to disconnect, leaving my trailer at the mercy of an inept forklift driver. The violent shaking of my truck makes it feel like it’s on the brink of disintegrating. Just as I contemplate storming into the warehouse to confront the driver, who’s treating my trailer like a suspect in an interrogation, I realize they’ll likely be finished – but not before I’ve endured the rough handling. This level of unprofessionality and carelessness is not just a nuisance, it's utterly unacceptable.

Great place to deliver, can’t wait to go back, if I could give 10 stars I would. I pulled into the lot and had a door right away, by the time I got back to my truck after giving them the paper work i did not even have time to get back to my truck and I was unloaded and paperwork ready. Easy in easy out

I've been on the dock for nearly four hours. Have had a green light for well over an hour, still no call for paperwork. I walked to the office to check with them and no one's there. This is my last drop before my weekend at home, so I'm not at all pleased.
2 stars only because the lady at the guard shack and the dock worker were friendly and helpful.

Had the best experience! Checked in at 10:45p for a 12:30A appointment. Guard shack was kind and quick. Went in to check in and everyone was nice and attentive. Since I was early I wasn’t given a door right away which is fine, I came early that’s on me. Got a call just before 12 to go to my door. 15 mins later I had a red light, 30 mins I have a green light, 15 mins I have paperwork and I’m heading home after a 2 month trip!! Best Americold I’ve been too in a while and pleasantly surprised since past reviews aren’t great.
