Being given the opportunity to tour this facility was an amazing experience. The General Manager's team and himself were very nice and knowledgeable of any questions that were asked. After touring this facility it was made very clear that they shoot for perfection and take in all feedback and any consideration of dissatisfied customers. It is a highly well maintenance place and I can't wait to see how far they will lead America's logistics and supply chain goals!

It Was an easy check in process. My appt was at 0900, I arrived at 0830 and was immediately given a door. The lady at the shipper window was very nice. Unloaded pretty quickly.

I was a visitor at Americold for a travel class. I can say it was an amazing experience in general. Staff and management are nice and always have answers for your questions. Really impressed at the facility in general and overall respect the tight ship they run here. Clarissa was an amazing Host and accommodating.

They'll load you over gross, even though their own paperwork is, in my case ,showing 36K ,which in no way should even be close to bringing gross to 80K...
The only thing I can think of happening here is, illegal shipment of undisclosed goods simply added to the original shipment. Otherwise, it would be highly incompetent management, not very good at adding numbers, to blame.

I recently toured an Americold facility, and I must say it was a great experience to explore their processes and core values. The place was well-maintained and organized, and our host, Clarissa along with the team, was professional and welcoming throughout the visit.

1 star for having a bunch of high-school kids give you positive reviews. I find that MOST americold facilities lack employees with enough intelligence to do a job that a chimpanzee could do with better efficiency...and with a smile and a better attitude.

The process cool down here they get you in and out and if it’s any discrepancies they get it handled quickly…The clerk up front always tells you what your pickup numbers should start with making it extra easy..Good Job Americold Bloomingdale..!!!
