Good place to deliver. They work strictly by appointments, need to be on-time otherwise pay late fees. Unloading average 1-3 hours. They even have restrooms for drivers.

Very very nice ppl all over the place here bathroom is thought the little door behind the chik in office up the stairs in the building supper clean and very fast loading time wish more companies would be like this one

Got here pretty close to our appointment time and got loaded very fast. Everyone was exceptionally nice and friendly. Pulled up to the gate and went inside to check in and was greeted by a very nice lady. Then went to assigned door and was greeted there by a very nice lady who was going to load us. I must say she did a phenomenal job at loading us. My husband explained to her that he didn't want it to be heavy in the front and she loaded just like he asked. I cannot say enough how great she did loading and how nice it was to come to a friendly environment. As a driver we all know that most of the time it's not like that. Thank you Americold for hiring such awesome employees. Would love to come back.

The 2 Lady's at the office truck drivers check in with greated me with warmth and were very nice to me.Thanks!I had dropped a trailer for them for Thanksgiving products

Booked a load for a driver through HTS , load was picked up in Maine on July 3rd with delivery scheduled to this location at noon time on July 5th. Hours given to driver to complete load were not enough so we advised broker the night before delivery that he would be 2 hours late. HTS response was that they could reschedule delivery for that same day in the afternoon . On Friday morning we got a different response from HTS saying that they could not comment with receiver. Driver arrived at Amerivold at 2 PM and they were closed. He kept the load at -10F at almost 100 degrees weather for extra 60 hours until Monday morning. When he questioned why the facility was closed if their hours are untill 6 PM a worker informed him that they ceased work by 11AM Friday due to system failure. As per HTS the facility now refuses to pay layover even though first driver was not given enough hours to deliver load , second the facility was not open for the appointment.

Checked in 4 hours early to get loaded...was given a door immediately...started getting loaded 30 minutes after I backed in a dock...guard shack lady real nice and friendly.....loaded and gone in 2 hours ..Great great great
