Got there 10 hours early so I could get unloaded at a reasonable time. Didn’t work out that way. When I finally got a door I was under the assumption that I would be told via phone call or text that my bills were ready when I was unloaded. When I awoke the next morning everyone was gone along with my bills lost a day to go back and get them. Happy joy joy.

Don't come here! Had a 2030 appt, got here at 1850. Had a door for over 3 hrs and now It's 2300 and hasn't even started to load me. Delivering to MDI in NC...they only unload until 0800...good chance I won't be making my 0500 delivery in the morning! Won't be back ever... Thx for nothing!

Zero star. Appointment time 8/11 01:00 told load is not ready until tomorrow Guys don’t think the bad reviews you have seen on this location are for fun. There is nothing like being lucky here. You will have to go through hell like anybody else. This place is a big joke. Now have been sitting on the street, no number to call and ask about anything.

We got there at 12:30 p.m. for a 6:30 appt. Figured if they could get us in sooner great, if not oh well. 20 minutes after appt. time they call to say they can't unload us til the next day. No overnight parking and nowhere nearby. Bless the nightguard, he told us to stay in the 10 minute street parking spot and not worry about it. Finally got docked a couple hours after they opened next morning. Whoever unloaded was on his game because it took less than 30 to empty a full trailer. That and the friendly guard are the reason they get any stars.

I'm leaving a 1 star because these people "lost" My load locks. They were securing the load when I bumped the dock. They were not there after unloading and no one cottons find them. Dock worker says he set them to the side inside the dock but then they were gone. That is stealing and they did nothing about it and could care less.

Park outside the fence, in the street. You can park overnight. Go check in at the security in the parking lot, and then check in at the office. They give you a door straight up, but they leave you waiting 3 hours for 10 pallets. It's easy to get to. First time in ATL and I like the city and the people. I just wish to be on time for my next drop.

When you arrive, don't pull in or you'll get a finger wave from security. You park on shoulder. Directed by a sign that's small and on the other side of entrance. But orient yourself so you can get in, or the "u turn" will have you driving around the block. Ship/ rec staff was helpful and hastily performed their duties.

Sweet and polite lady at the shipping window. This is the old Kroger from years ago. I kind of dreaded coming here because of the tight docks but there weren’t many trucks here so it was real easy. Be cautious when approaching the guard in his little hut. I interrupted his phone conversation when I was trying to check in and then I woke him up when checking out. I hope he only makes minimum wage, his efforts aren’t even worth that much. As for speed of loading … it was great! Thanks Americold! Arrived 1120 appt 1330 out at 1345. Awesome. Lost a star because of the lazy “guard”, I’m still trying to figure out what he’s guarding. Lol.
