Clean facility for the most part. You can park there over night on the street in front of the facility. It's a quit street kinda in the woods you will not be bothered. Loading kinda varies. I run container so take it as you would. Most of my loads are floor loads no pallets so it can take on a average at least 2hrs but it varies. Sometimes longer sometimes slightly shorter but for the most part plan on being there at least 2hrs.

8/17/23 had a 12 noon pick up got there around 1015am was immediately out to door was loaded a hour later got my paperwork and was rolling plenty of parking along the road way can also stay there over night receptionist was very friendly be polite to people and you will get that in return plus follow the facility rules definitely would come back didn't see a restroom or anything but I'm sure they my have one

It was okay I got loaded in 2 hours, I was an hour early to appointment. 3 stars because of the complete lack of hospitality from the lady in the office. Walk in she looked at me like I just killed her day barely a hello after at least of 2 minutes standing there. Then when I am done and go get my paperwork she looks at me like if I'm in the wrong place. Gives me paperwork doesn't say a word, I say have a good day and she just gives me a blank stare. I'm sorry if this sounds pathetic to complain about I was taught to always be hospitable regardless.

Either it changed its policy and/or different crew, but arrived 09;45 for an 11:00 appt. In door loaded, and rolling at 11:20. Awesome.

I will never take any pick up load at this facility ever again, waited for 8 hours to get loaded. Avoid this place.
