It was easy to find, on the corner I drove in from, the entrance was the first one for trucks. So if this is your first time picking up or delivering here look for the sign because there's two entrances. When I went in a security guard came up to my window and got my load#, drivers license, and walked around getting my license plates. I was and hour and a half early so they had me park and wait to check in exactly one hour before me appointment. Thankfully they let me park there by the cargo trailers. They were thinking about telling me to leave and come back. There isn't really nearby overnight parking unless you get real lucky and are familiar with the area and know a good street you can get away with parking on. They gave me a door as soon as I checked in. It's cold inside while checking in, so you might want a sweater while waiting to sign in. They unloaded me fast and everything went smooth. It is slightly tight to back and I'm lucky there was only two trucks docked. So I had space to use. It'd be difficult if you had to squeeze between two rigs. There's only about thirteen docks or so that I saw so it's small. But over all good experience.

2pm appointment... got here 30min b4.. cuz I read the reviews 😆 thanks. Yes small lot but very manageable except for door 13 lol which is what I got 😆.. loaded quickly 😅.. stinks here bcuz of the adjacent factory 🏭 😞 fumes make me feel sick..Arabian dr. Thinks we are in the desert 🏜 lol

I gave them a 4 star because there's no place to park around there and you can't park in the facility. Besides that its a good place to deliver. They unloaded me a day early it costs $150.00 but I wasn't charged a lumper fee. So for me it was worth it I got there around 3pm and was empty before 4pm. The guys were nice and professional.
There's only 1 way in and out so when you pull in check in at the gaurdshack he'll tell you what to do next. The loading docks are not too bad.

My appointment time was at 06:00 & couldn't get in until 07:00. If you tell security that you have an appointment at 06:00 your still going to have to wait until 07:00.
Make sure you have a delivery number.
Security guard was pleasant, helpful, & VERY PATIENT.
Check in with the guard first, then go to door 13 & turn in BOL's. She'll give you a door to go to.
Easy backing. Yard is kinda small.

Not bad, considering it's in the Los Angeles area. Space is tight, but their rating is helped by a patient and respectable gal in receiving who had to deal with the Com-Data system glitching that day. Even a restroom for drivers.

30 minutes before your appointment time, I last about 4-7 hours here and overweight come back for another 1-2 hours, is like this every time I come. Union Workers are the best.

Seems like every time I P/U from Americold, no matter which location, (Ontario, Industry, Carson, Compton) they all apply the same double standard: They want driver to arrive precisely on time, no soon or later than appointment, but an hour, sometimes two after sitting in the assigned door, and they still won't even have the ramp dropped. If your an owner thinking about this account option, I'd opt out.

Great experience. Parked in street. Checked in with Gaurd at 0650 for 0700 appt. Docked by 0715 and Full load bills in hand 0815 and leaving.
