Lady at the shipping & receiving was very nice. She was very friendly. I was an hour earlier than my appointment. She told me to back up on bay 3. Within 1 hour got unloaded. Thanks for great service. They have a small room for driver lounge. Has access to clean restroom.

Arrive on time. The driveway is just before the out of service train tracks. If you go too far, its not good... Had me in and out quickly. They were very nice and professional.

Got empty on promises time
You need to beck up all the way up to west corner of the building to get check in
There is no u turn at the end
No overnight parking
Make sure you get there on your app time

There is one black guy on the loading bay he is so nice. M sorry i didn't know his name.
The rest of the staff is also good but not like as the black guy.
The main entrance is not open before 5.00 am so if you are before 5:00 a.m. over there you have to find the parking on the street area somewhere.
Frozen goods will be delivered on the main entrance dock and the cooling goods will be delivered back of the building.
