SCAM!! I bought something from a scam company and this was the scam shipper used. The day my product was to be delivered I got an email saying it didn't have the proper labels and to have it delivered would cost between $710 and $1500.

Was double charged for a shipment, asked for a refund which was told to us they would send out. Have not received it yet and refused to issue an updated invoice. Guy was BEYOND RUDE when tried to call and get info. So much so he "hung up on me cause he was on lunch". DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!

Unspeakably awful and unethical service, including holding the shipment hostage unless we paid double the estimate. (And this was after two onsite visits to write the estimates). Do not use.
