Unacceptable Delays

We had a driver check in promptly at 10:30 AM for an 11:00 AM appointment. Despite being on time, the driver is still waiting to be loaded at 5:00 PM—a staggering over six-hour delay. This lack of efficiency not only caused the truck to miss its next scheduled pickup but will also result in delays for our transit.

It’s crucial for warehouses to respect appointment times and understand the ripple effects of these delays on businesses and drivers. Unfortunately, this experience was far below acceptable standards.

We strongly urge this warehouse to reevaluate its loading processes.

Checked in at 11am live load. Loaded at 3pm. Have to drop trailer at a door. And bt to truck stop they will call you when your trailer is loaded security was very friendly and nice...

If I could this place would receive negative 10star review appointment time was 8am-9am 6/28/2024 and they just started picking it at 8:30am when I arrived and I bobtailed to the QT across the highway and they as told Oh your new appointment time is at 4pm. This place need to get their act together TIME IS MONEY most drivers get paid by the mile not hourly..Took them 24hrs to finally load the trailer. Pack a lunch and a dinner if you come here.

This review is about the service I received when American standard mistakenly sent me the wrong item, not the one I ordered. I was trying to get a new drain that was brushed nickel and had the logo American standard on the drain stopper. Instead I got a drain that looked like brushed copper and had no logo. I was trying to match up the drain with the faucet and the faucet was still good. I filled out the form that the company had online but I also decided to use their chat function and see if I could get this done quicker. The chat function worked very well. I got a person named Roxie and I explained the situation. Roxie took only a few minutes to locate the right item and get it in the mail and on its way to me. It was one of the first times I've had luck with the chat function. So what I thought would be a lot of trouble turned out to be very easy. I thanked Roxie and I just hope I get someone as pleasant and efficient as her if I have to use the chat function again for something else. Good job and keep up the good work! I should mention that the incorrect drain I received appeared to be very good quality. It was metal which is very unusual. I replaced an entire sink and a drain in the last house I had before I sold it. All of the drains I ordered were plastic and very hard to install without leakage. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the product even though it was the wrong one.

Got here at 11am and it's now 3pm load still not ready.
A new review got here 12/30/2024 at 12noonits now 7:10 pm still no call. I advise any O/O to never book a load here. Its sad and pathetic. They make you leave and go to truckstop cause the number they have do not work and if drive era was to stay on the lot we would be in there all day questioning them. This place is a disgrace and it need to get to a point to where they are getting charged heavily for making drivers wait these Damn long.

No trucker should EVER pick up here, you may wait a whole day before you can leave. Absolute joke of a business!!! If there was a way to give negative stars, I would!!! Anyone who gave this place more than one star is on some really good drugs!

Dropped trailer in door after checking in for a live load at 8pm. They send you a text from the transportation office when you check in saying that they'll send status updates from that number. About 3 hrs later I messaged that number asking for a status update, and got a reply from someone saying that their system went down and they had to wait for the morning shift to come in and fix the problem and load my trailer. Next morning I didn't get any reply from them on the text line. The company I'm leased to only pays up to 8 hours of detention. No way of contacting these people directly, either.

I arrived at 14:15 for pickup haven't been loaded yet it's now the next morning and still no phone call about my load. This is my first and last time ever coming here for a pickup not to mention I have to be in Florida by Monday @ 8 am. Appt. Right now it's Saturday morning 7AM no load. All Truckers Should Stop Pickup here they have to be STOP
