This brokerage is a joke. They require “immediate updates” and have drivers on tracking and claim they provide 24/7 assistance, but if you have an early morning load and need assistance, no one is there. Bunch of bums.

As someone who has experienced numerous freight brokers, I can say that the agency set up experience is phenominal. The team at American Logisitcs, Inc is there to help you grow in every aspect of your business. Up until this point in time, I have not found anything that I can complain about. At the end of the day, the money is there and it is up to you to earn it.

Very rude broker, asked for $200 extra he hung up, I said we good for posted rate " no sorry, you were too greedy ". They won't give you a load not because they can't, because they don't want to

Driver arrived early for his 5pm appointment. Facility had driver unloaded by 4:25. Driver requested com check code to pay lumper fee from American Logistics who stated they were having system issues and then just stopped communicating. Driver sat at the facility unloaded for an hour waiting on the com check code before finally paying the lumper fee with his personal credit card and then left. I requested compensation for the hour that the driver sat at the facility but they refused to pay anything since his appointment time wasn't until 5pm. The lack of communication for an hour regarding a lumper fee causing the driver to have to pay his own lumper on top of expecting my driver to sit there empty for an hour for free with no compensation for no reason other than lack of communication from American Logistics is completely unacceptable.
