We were disappointed after we had them move our big items (furniture, washer/dryer, dressers, beds, etc) last week. We bought a Groupon and the price was right after we finished. Now we are unpacking and finishing the move out and realize how they messed up our prized possessions. They were careless in how they dragged our furniture across the wood flooring. Watching them load our washer into the truck, one of the men just pushed it in the truck and watched it roll like a pin ball into the half empty truck at the time. Now days later, we realize our washer now leaks. We fully moved out last night of our old house and now see the scratched marks on the wood floor they caused. Opening our dressers, we realize they wrapped them but tipped them on their sides and all the stuff fell out deep into the dressers. They did not take much care in our belongings. I cannot recommend this company.

Update: We also have had wo tvs broken. A 55inch and a 60inch. I called to get an update on my claim and Tabitha was very rude and unprofessional and stated several times that they will not replace my items. I do not recommend this company.

Customer Service is dead! I hired this company for a commercial job moving labelled boxes in a storage unit to make the searchable for our client. They charged me $350 for 3.5 hours of work and did not turn the boxes where we could read the labels. When I called management he claimed that they were instructed to do that and that he was not willing to work with me and provide me with the help to fix the problem they created. They have a 2 hour minimum and feel they owe me some help. I mentioned that common sense would tell them that we would need to see the labels.

Best moving experience ever!!! I needed someone to help me get moved quickly/efficiently and American Eagle Lee Branch location did just that. Hakeem and Charvis were so professional and polite. True southern gentleman!!! They got me moved in and ready to go! Worth every penny!!!

Hakeem and Gabe were wonderful. They were efficient, concerned, and very professional. I felt extremely comfortable and they stuck with the Covid guidelines. I would definitely use them again.

Complete rip off. The discount is more than ate up by the over inflated add on charges they hit you with. The woman who runs the show "Owner" was about as fake and snooty as they come. Wouldn't recommend this company. The actually people who did the work, I think his name was Ian was extremely kind and professional. Hidden charges would by my biggest complaint.

Movers were nice but I felt royally ripped off by the fee I was charged for the time the spent enroute to my house AND the time they would spend going back to their office. This ridiculous fee more than consumed the discount I earned by purchasing the living social coupon. Also the fee seemed excessive since I don't live far from their office.

Arrived as scheduled. They were very polite and efficient. They worked quickly and were very careful with our belongings. Pleasant to be around . Most respectful. Will definitely use this company again.
