BEWARE of THIEVES! Most recently my package was stolen by drivers after reporting delivery to UPS store & "directly handing package to receptionist w/ signature as NA"... This has happened to others as well from what I'm told. Additionally, I have repeatedly had drivers attempt drop-offs outside of business hours which I clearly have stated on delivery instructions resulting in items arriving late. Finally, they do not tend to safely package heavy items. There is something very wrong w/ this specific warehouse & it's drivers as a whole, as these have all been repeated issues since moving to the area 5 months ago. None of this was ever an issue for the many years I've been receiving Amazon packages prior to moving to this area.

Your driver who is based out of this warehouse came over into my lane without clearance, almost hit my vehicle causing me to slam on my brakes nearly causing a multi vehicle accident and putting my life at risk. Your customer service department hung up on me when I called to report. Please review your drivers reckless driving habits with them.

I believe the AMAZON WAREHOUSE IN PRESCOTT VALLEY HAS SOME REAL PROBLEMS. Amazon delivers hundreds of packages to this address and knows they leave outside. I got notice it couldn’t be delivered on May 8 because no one in the Office? There’s bogus I don’t think they ever came I think the pkg was taken by the driver and here it the 13 th, three phone calls to customer service and still don’t have my items.

We have never had any issues with delivery from Amazon until about 3 weeks ago. Now for some reason we get the notification that it is out for delivery and how many stops away. Then for some reason it ends up back at the warehouse. Then same situation but the delivery driver insists he tried to contact us and says he delivered the packages, no packages found. Back and forth constantly with their customer service, they are great and willing to help but damn, please get some honest drivers. It’s hurting the business, doesn’t matter the size of business you have, poor service will destroy you in the end.

Not sure who is delivering for Amazon but some of these drivers could care less about their jobs. Today we got about 6-7 boxes for other people. They driver just left them on our porch as if they didn’t read the label nor want to deliver to the appropriate unit. Also, one of our boxes was damaged and leaking. The driver put in on our doorstep as if the box was still fine. The picture doesn’t lie and should’ve never been delivered. This has been happening more frequently over the last few weeks.

I don't understand for the life of me why they can't follow simple directions. I have 2 drop boxes in our yard to put deliveries in with the address BIG on them and they still continue to put others people's mail in our box or not in the box at all. I am so frustrated with this. I'm ready to not buy on Amazon for this reason.

Why is it that when I go to the PO to retrieve my Amazon packages, the PO processing area is full of Amazon packages?Start doing your job and deliver your packages - we pay for Prime and then drive 30 miles round trip to get Amazon packages at the PO - that's crap - stop transferring packages to USPS, they will not deliver to homes on dirt roads. We have the worst Amazon and USPS service we've ever had!! Congratulations.

Normally, I love amazon, but this bothered me it looked like my package had been tampered with. My package was upside down from the opening, and when I turned it over ... what you see in the picture is how I received it. The box inside my package was damaged as well. Luckily, I don't think anything was taken as far as I know. But finding my package clearly opened is not okay.
