I have had four separate orders recently make it to the Amazon facility in Appling, Ga., according to USPS tracking. Then they never leave the facility. I have had to go through the refund process four times now for Amazon Prime items that were running late and ultimately never delivered.

Twice in 2 weeks now. A package from the Appling Ga distribution center intended for delivery in McCormick SC gets put on the wrong pallet and goes to Greenwood SC only 25 miles from McCormick. But Greenwood doesn't deliver to McCormick so Greenwood sends it to Charlotte NC from there it goes to Gastonia NC from there it goes to Atlanta Ga where it sits for several days before going to Palmetto Ga where it sits for several more days before heading to Augusta Ga and then onto McCormick. Last time it took 11 days for my package to get to me. Every cystomer service rep from India and the Philippines kept assuring me that this would never happen again. Amazon has lost any and all concern they ever had for the customer or good customer service.

Shipping speed from this location is wonderful. Right on time. Receiving the right item is NOT guaranteed. Purchased a 1000$ item, but it was the wrong one, and a cheaper one by $300. We initiated the return and thankfully it was eligible for home pickup. We re-ordered, and once again it was right on time. But once again, it was the same WRONG item. This time we sent it back and ordered the item directly from the manufacturer.

Very nice and spacious location for drop and hooks. Also, if a load is not ready or empties are not ready, they will let drivers know in a timely manner
