Got here early this place is crap, live unload is a joke. I'm stuck here while my wife is having contractions ridiculous sorry ass setup.

I ordered a twin size mattress from amazon on April 17th. It was supposed to be delivered April 22nd. On april 18th i got an alert saying my package arrived at this facility and then hours later another alert saying it departed this facility and to await USPS pickup. Today is May 11th and my package has never been scanned again. I got messgass from amazon saying theyre sorry for the delay and if it hasnt arrived by may 1st i could ask for a refund the next day. Well may 1st comes and they changed it to may 8th. Still no package, it hasn't even been scanned again and never arrived to usps. So my only conclusion is someone at this facility STOLE my package. After reading other reviews thats exactly what i think happened because yall are not doing anything right over there. So because my package was shipped in the original packaging and not amazon packaging someone said "oh look a nice expensive bed yep thats mine now." Thats the only thing that makes sense because how can something be scanned twice then nothing for weeks? Do better! This is ridiculous!

I love Amazon like the rest of people but as a truck driver and delivering to them is a nightmare. Check in is through a video with someone you can’t understand with a foreign accent. If you are 30 mins early to check in they will make you leave cause you can only be 25 minutes early and won’t let you sit there. You cant just park a truck anywhere and most of them are in heavily populated areas so leaving and trying to find somewhere to park and just navigating traffic can potentially make you late, even though you was just 30mins early.

I don’t understand why HR and the managers are so rude when someone is pregnant and yet all they hr are black and some managers all their workers are black and yet they pick on all the Mexicans and the white folks I really don’t understand that tbh someone make it make since please people be working hard while other people aren’t even working but have time to complain on people who are actually working this Amazon is so bad and so unprofessional tbh
