Drivers be aware of this location, been waiting for 13 hours and they still not assign me to any doc. meanwhile, some people with carrying pallet they have it finish in 2 hours and us carrying floor need to wait more than 13 hours and still no assigning any doc. they dont follow appointment time, they are just picking ones that are easy to unload!

All the truckers here at Amazon Rialto have been here since 8 in the morning and I'm still here, it's still 9 at night. I think this is not right, it's incredible that people act like this.

We entered in the afternoon and waited until the next morning. Many people waited for more than 12 hours. Everyone started to get impatient and blew the whistle. Some despicable manager asked the warehouse drivers to block the parking area. All the trucks moved out from the side with difficulty. This is the despicable method of the stupid manager of LGB8.

Showed up at 8:30pm for a 10:00pm appointment. Only truck to check in its 845! I'm waiting for a door. Like no hassle. Must be a good night here. By the way the truck entrance is on north locust !!! OK got a door at 1030 unhooked drove to bobtail parking. Saw peoples orders all over the driveway/ parking lot. The employees looked at them and left them laying in the street.

This site is complete nightmare. Prepare to wait hours for drop or hook. Guardshack is poor one guy doing all the work. . Truck line is all the way to the corners blockin traffic. Management need to figure this out asap. Its all day everyday same issue. Trillion dollar company can’t figure this out is a joke

This place is trash. Laziest workers around. Took 3.5 hrs to get in just to be told go to offsite. Trucks were moving like 1 every 26 mins. I timed it to report it to my dispatch. I wish there was a way Amazon can actually read this to get these people to actually work. I honestly can’t stand people that have that”I’m just here for my paycheck” attitude.

If I could give half a star I would give half a star. Employees are unable to perform their duties. Because it works so slowly, there is always a traffic jam on the main street.
