I would also give a negative review, if possible! The majority of Amazon contract drivers just don't care!!!

We NEVER had a misdelivered package when all packages were delivered by UPS or FedEx. Now, I'm constantly getting packages left on the ground, next to our large sign that has our name, address and a large arrow pointing down our long road. We are the ONLY house on that road, so why are packages being left under a sign, surrounded by forest? These packages are also only 10 feet from the main road! If our main road wasn't so infrequently traveled, I know I would have had "porch pirates!" I've also had neighbors bring my packages to me, that were misdelivered to their houses!

BRING BACK UPS!!!

Amazon Customer Representative on the app assured me I could pickup my packages here that had been delayed. After 45 minutes in the chat, they then said it wasn't possible. In the meantime, I drove to the location, found the visitor's parking, but there was no visitor's entrance. It appears this is not for customers, contrary to the Amazon representative saying I could pick my items up.

Do not ship with Amazon delivery if you don't live in a big city.
After 2 attempts, Amazon driver still can not find my address even with GPS coordinates and my phone number. I have no problems when Usps, UPS, or Fedex deliver. Amazon says they don't have the ability to let me pick up my package and they can not deliver it to an Amazon locker. I'm not upset with the driver. I'm mad at the company. If Amazon has my package and can't deliver it, I should be able to pick it up or have it delivered to one of the Amazon locker locations. Instead Amazon says they have to cancels my order.

I would give negative stars if I could. Driver handed m6 delivery box to my dog who proceeded to destroy the box and contents right over the sign that states in bright colors: NO DELIVERIES INSIDE FENCE, DOG WILL DESTROY. The confirmation picture with the delivery is of the dog walking off with the box!!

Another time a lady pulled into my driveway, opened her front door with 2 children under 3 years old not buckled sitting in the front srat screaming and multiple packages dumped out. There was so much garbage and debris everywhere. No wonder it took her 15 minutes to find my packages. What an absolute unorganized mess. Then she couldn't find her keys.

These drivers need to stay home if they don't like their job, or get a new one! This isn't the first time that they have just tossed packages up on my porch. Not realizing that most homes have some sort of camera at the front door. Then in such a hurry you come in my driveway too fast and leave to fast spinning gravel in my driveway.

No problem with Amazon, it's the Amazon flex driver's that's the problem. Driver won't deliver package and then bogarts it for over a week then Amazon acts like I'm scamming them and won't refund me until they get the item back.

Anytime my orders get routed through Amazon delivery I do not get them and have to cancel the order and reorder through another seller or company. Never had any problems before they opened this warehouse and started using Amazon drivers. This has ruined home deliveries for the entire community.

It's been 3 days!! Since I haven't received my package. It's just keeps updating saying delivery attempted. I updated address told the Amazon driver the location! Still have not received my package. And 2 weeks ago they lost my package and I had to cancel my order to get a refund!! Come on Amazon in Showlow get it together!
