Appt was 8pm. Arrived 730pm to check in. 6 trucks in front of me waiting to check in, didn’t get in the gate until 8:45. Make sure you have an appt number ending in 986 and you know your trailer license plate when you get to the intercom.

1h 15 minutes to check 6 trucks in. Can’t understand anything the agent on the intercom says. Took 15 minutes for them to understand my appt number, phone number, and license plate number correctly. But once you get in it’s pretty efficient. Have to disconnect from your trailer and wait for a phone call. Unload was 45 minutes

Sat at the front gate, load to deliver, for nearly 30 minutes before anyone over this dumb intercom would even talk to me. Seriously a very stupid idea this was. Get some real people out here to talk to us and see us. Truckers go thru enough crap in a day with traffic, delays and traffic jams. This makes the day 3-4 times worse. Seriously, our time is valuable. Please, Amazon, learn that.

This is a horrible place to deliver. From the check in process to unloading. I've been driving 25 years and this is the worst place I have ever seen. You can't talk to anyone to find out anything. They check you in from India. I had to repeat my phone number 10 times so I don't know if he put the right number in or not.
Been in dock over 7 hours. Amazon is last place. I hope they go bankrupt and close ever location, won't hurt my feelings.

Trying to deliver here is unbelievably frustrating!! My appointment time was for 7 AM. I attempt to check in at 6:30 and was told that I would need a delivery number but the security guard was there and telling the non English speaking person on the kiosk that I don't need a delivery number for a live unload. They couldn't understand what he was saying and he still told me to make a u turn and come back in. Got the delivery number (that I didn't need) went back to check in. The lady that was now checking me in spoke less English than the other gentleman and I couldn't understand her. Not to mention all the other drivers checking in made this process extremely slow. Finally my trailer is in a door 2 hours after my appointment time!!! It would have been so much easier if Amazon didn't hire people that aren't physically there.

The absolute worst experience I've had as a trucker.they locked me in a security gate 4 times.made me unhook my and rebook my trailer. Couldn't hear me on the intercom. Closed.the yard because it started raining
Were rude and childish. I think I hate amazon now.i will never be delivery or picking up from them again. I only took this load to get out of me .didn't even pay much.i spent the load payment in diesel. Which I could find a number to complain. Because someone needs to be fired here

At this point I’m not sure why won’t they do a completely automated self check in process, it would be much more efficient than people from India who barely speak English. Just put a laptop in a guard shack and let drivers check in on their own-provide door and instructions since those people on the phone can’t even do that. You ask them a question n they just hung up on you. Hire just one or two people with perfect English to answer difficult or specific questions and concerns and it would solve all the problems. I get that amazon is trying to save money with overseas call center but it would be cheaper and less hectic to do the automated check in.
Drivers: don’t arrive earlier than 30 min for you appt
Have a check in number ready( it always ends with 986)

This place is super slow appointment was midnight 11/09 do not show up more than 30 minutes early. Check in was told to go to parking spots and wait for a call got the call around 2 am to back into a door drop trailer than park. Dropped trailer and parked little after 2 am it was not till al most 7 am I got the call about my trailer being empty and ready paperwork is in the back. So all the reviews saying this place is super slow is correct there was a line at the gate just because the guy checking people in kept leaving his desk and going on little breaks. The guard came out and was yelling at the dude to answer and nothing he had to call somebody to get the gut to finish checking me in and others

I had positive experience delivering here. I came in at the gate 12:25am for 1am appointment and the guy I talked on the intercom told me to come back 5 minute after at 12:30am. I am guessing computer wont let him check me before 30 minute from the appointment but I parked at the tractor parking and went inside to have the TOM people check me in instead exiting and checking back again at the gate. They checked me in and got call at 12:53am to go to a door and put bills in the back and disconnect and I was done and the bills in hand at 1:50am. It is either I got lucky or something has changed because a lot of other reviews said it took alot longer. Tom guys that checked me in was polite and friendly thank you
