I sat in my house all day waiting on a package that never arrived. They then rescheduled the delivery and under reason for non-delivery they put that they couldn't "access my "front door". BS! I sat in front of my window and watched for them most of the day with cameras rolling. They just never showed up. In other words, the driver lied. The driver for whatever reason just didn't want to deliver the package and just never showed up. Yet he recorded on his log that he did. Whoever the driver was, is liar.

There are a few individuals with limited cognitive ability in the receiving department who frequently make errors with the appointment numbers. They are clearly not native speakers and seem to operate like malfunctioning robots or computers. Be aware of this... it's a frustrating place.

My experience wasn't bad for live unload checked in @8:30 for 9pm appointment received door and after dropping trailer on door went to Revieving office. Bill signed by reciever and out by 11:30pm.
This location has lack of communication from beginning to end so make sure you keep checking with receiving office for update on your trailer.

Stupid drivers and Amazon doesn’t even care. Had a package listed as delivered but not at my house. Rather than have the driver come and fix his mistake, the customer service representative said, I could wait until mid next week if the person where they actually delivered the package to hadn’t brought it to me, then I could request a refund. How stupid is this person, can barely even type English but really do they think someone is going to take the time to find where I live and bring me my package. Great delivery and customer service. I guess they really don’t care and don’t need the business.

Driver was stopped in Sunnyside around 6:00 pm on 11/22/24. He had 4 stops left. Sunnyside is 10 minutes or less from my home. Now the tracking is sayy

The place is very comfortable but the delay is too long. I don't know why they take so long and you lose your other load.if you have !

One of the worst deliveries for drivers. Plan a forty five minute check in process. Dropping and finding and finding an empty is also a problem if you are dropping your load. The employees there are doing their best but the process is just not great for the truck traffic

This is the absolute WORST warehouse in the entire area to try to check into as a driver. Amazon has all the money, but ZERO clue how to handle truck check-in/check-out procedures..
