First day on the road delivering packages and my trainer speeding, bouncing over dips on dirt roads. Poor training, no breaks as a driver, also expecting you to hurry. No wonder they have high turn overs.

The interviewer was checking my wife out like he was hitting on her knowing full well she is married and didn't care. Not a place a woman would want to work. Makes me wonder if Amazon is really worth shopping at!!!!!@

Since moving to my new home that most of my packages come from this location, around 20 percent have been lost or the driver lies to justify late delivery. Since this issue occurs so frequently, it is clearly a management deficiency. Hire more drivers so delivery dates can be upheld or stop lying about the date that the team can complete deliveries without working themselves within an inch of their lives.

The owners of this DPX clearly don't care about the safety and welfare of their drivers nor does Amazon. Lack of proper air conditioning in the new high tech vans they are so proud of yet put the health of the driver's at risk in the back at over than 110° Temps leading to drivers having heat exhaustion, dehydration and passing out on customer door steps. While the DPX couple that owns this location fails to upkeep their vehicles and sits inside in air-conditioning waiting to berate their drivers over anything. All for the money in Besos' pocket. What ever happened to taking care of your employees and treating them right? Now they are just dispensible... there's always another Joe to fill his shoes right? You guys and Amazon are going to kill someone.
