Dropped off a return and still haven't been refunded a week later. How much closer does it have to get to the warehouse before you get your money back. Had to drive 16 miles one way to get there because it was my only option. Ridiculous.

The location and staff is amazing. It usually takes less than 5 minutes to do a return and is really a time saver compared to going to Kohls.

Just used the Return Lockers. It was really hard to get the QR Codes to scan. The lady who helped us was kind and efficient. There was quite an accumulation of us gathered. It would’ve been nice to have another reader and set of lockers or another window.

Didn't even try to delivery my package. Been waiting all day and know Amazon says sorry but can't be delivered till tomorrow. These drivers all lie when they deliver your package. Plus no phone number to call open till 7pm .

6 different times within a week they mistakenly deliver my orders to the wrong address. When I finally got my delivery I asked the Amazon driver and he said he works for robo logistics at this Amazon facility and he also said that they’re underpaid / overworked and dealing with a very stressful management.

Had a package to return. Was directed to go to this address and use the Amazon lockers to return my item. Drove all the way over to be told the lockers were closed and to come back tomorrow. It was only 4:30 the location says they are open until 7 pm. They should have informed me before driving all the way over there that they weren't even going to take my return.
